Experience was terrible Staff unusually rude

The Staff at reservation were rude I had by mistake booked for one more day beyond my flight date I showed them the flight ticket but they did not refund my last day room rent Terrible

The service, the location and the overall appearance of the hotel in and out. The staff is 11/10

Check in was delayed. Bedside table was dusty. Room attendant’s “towel art arrangement” and the offered extended check out compensated for these.

food was overpriced and bad. ate at the top floor. avoid it. first room didn’t have hot water, checked i. after a late flight. moved the next day to another. had a burger that was dry and reheated up on the roof lounge. overpriced and not 1/2 as good as many of the others close by. general restaurant is just ok. buffett isn’t that wide a selection and prices are hog for what it is. can find much better and far cheaper in manila. lost a parking card they charge you 500php which was annoying for a simple flimpst parking card. then charged for linen cleaning after a bout of food poisoning ( can’t say where exactly i got that ) but they charged about 70usd for cleaning, that i coulda rubbed out in the sink if i had the energy. staffs ok and pleasant. but the overall vibe and facility isn’t a premium BGC location standard.

Fabulous experience altogether. Everything was super hundred percent love the place. Can’t wait to go back.

Everything is good except if you request something to bring to your room . İt took a while when they come to your room .

Our room had a colony of ants on the wall. It took them the whole day before they can transfer us to another room. Front desk did provide a sense of warm welcome. Customer service had no sense of urgency. Facility itself seemed outdated.

Other than convenient location, nothing else is outstanding

I love staying here. I feel safe and the amenities and staff are knowledgeable and friendly. I’d come back here again!

Wonderful place to stay while in the Philippines

Top-notch hotel centrally located at the heart of BGC. High Street is just a few steps away, near all the best restaurants and shops, hospital, banks, market, drugstore, and grocery, Can't beat the location. The hotel itself is very well-maintained. I had a washer and dryer in my room, so doing laundry was a breeze. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Easily one of the best hotels I've stayed in the Philippines.

We difinitely enjoyed our stay @ this hotel due to its convenience & location around bgc. The one that stood out was the breakfast buffet experience. Thier breakfast buffett was excellent! Thier food, drinks and desserts were amazing! They provided friendly & the utmost accommodating staff. Would difinety repeat, which is a rarity for us due to multitude of choices. Highly recommended!

Seda BGC what was fantastic. Every single person greeted me every time they saw me with a smile and love in their heart. Bry went out of his way as the concierge. The best part was it central location write off of high street. I highly recommend this place. I will definitely be back!
