Excellent facility and staff. Facility is well maintained, clean, and exactly as advertised on Expedia. Staff was extremely helpful and detailed, to include security fetching transportation and stopping traffic for entering and exiting vehicles at the hotel. Overall, highly recommended.

Had to quickly find a place for my grandma’s funeral and Solano was great. Room was clean, bed was comfy, and staff were nice. We had to extend our stay and they were agreeable to let us keep our room so we didn’t need to move our luggage around.

Clean room, but crowded area and parking was tough all the time. The staff are amazing though and we love that it is very quiet inside the facility itself. No buzzing cars and away from the busy main highway. Thank you Solano.

The property was very clean and well kept. The location is very convenient. You can easily walk or take a tricycle to the SM Mall. It felt a little weird walking through a furniture store to get to the rooms but after the first day, it did not matter. The front desk staff was average, not rude but also not very friendly. The restaurant staff at Paul's provided excellent service! The Restaurant and Estelle's cafe were very convenient and had good options for dining. Overall I would recommend this hotel if you are looking for a affordable, clean, convenient and cozy stay while in Lipa City.
