Helpful Staff: The staff were the highlight of the stay. They were very accommodating and quickly provided a baby crib for our children, which we really appreciated.
Breakfast: The free breakfast was a great addition with a good variety of quality food.
Room Feedback: Unfortunately, the room was a bit of a letdown. It felt quite cramped for a family, and the cleanliness was not up to the standard I expected for this hotel.

Our stay was good overall. The room was pretty spacious but the two beds were small. The description on hotels.com is misleading because it shows that the room can accommodate up to 4 people while the beds are small. The lighting system in the room was bad after we asked the hotel to disable what supposedly was a string exit
light in the hallway inside the room. We slept with this light on the first night after we returned to the room late and tired. Two guys showed up the next day to disable
It and after 30 mins at least, they did. However, doing so messed up all the other lights. Parking in the garage was tough and tight because of the too many bars to go through and curves. It was also very noisy. The pool was under construction and we were informed of that after we booked the hotel and not before which I didn’t like: the hotel offered some beach voucher which we didn’t use.

- swimming pool was closed, it is not noted when you book. You only get a message about it after you have booked the hotel.
- you are cheated for airport transport. An ubertaxi will be booked for 150QAR, which you can book yourself for 50QAR. And you can book/jump on a regular taxi yourself for 39-40QAR.
- cleaning staff bad. You have to call cleaning and go down to reception so that they can understand and give towels etc. but you still don't get it all.
- the tour team that comes to the hotel - huge scam. They also overcharge and cheat, plus they want a "tip" for the driver who drives the tourists back and forth, as if the huge scam price they charge for the safari isn't enough.

The staff helped to the best of their ability but rooms were untidy and cleaning seemed to be always delayed (though the managers did try and sort this)!
Dates rooms - with uncomfortable bedding and pillows (maybe o am sensitive)?!
Did not enjoy the foods at the restaurant- limited and felt recycled .
Pleasant staff - can’t fault them - wouldn’t stay there again.
