Nice immaculate hotel fitted out to high standard, felt the staff were very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Nice restaurant in the hotel, and also really enjoyed the rooftop pool, with great views of the city. Only a fifteen minute drive from the airport which was good, no alcohol available in this hotel but I think that’s the case in a lot of hotels in Doha.

Amazing stay at Warwick Hotel. From the moment we arrived, the service was outstanding, and the attention to detail made all the difference.
A great easy location for watching the ATP Tennis at the Khalifa Tennis Stadium.
A special thank you to Duty manager Mr. S, for going above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. His professionalism, kindness, and dedication made all the difference. I truly appreciate the hospitality and can’t wait to return.

Even though I had made a request for non smoking room, well in advance, the request wasn’t adhered to. The hotel room was awfully smelling of smoke and was not pleasant to stay in. Couldn’t sleep in the night as the stench was unbearable and even came from the beds and across the room. I asked to change the room but wasn’t given any and was advised they were running on full occupancy. Poor services and not very helpful staff. Will probably never book this place again.

The staff were very efficient ie they managed to book my airport collection whilst I was embarking on the plane perhaps 24hrs only isn't a good policy but was able to book the return shuttle days in advance.

Average but very disappointing for a 5 star hotel.
Firstly, the coffee machines were for domestic use & therefore kept breaking down. After you waited 3 minutes for the coffee to be made, the coffee was weak and underwhelming.
Only paper cups used for takeout coffee were available . Breakfast is due to end at 10:30 and at 9am there were no proper coffee cups. There are an extremely basic thing to have and should be available throughout the entirety of breakfast. I’ve stayed at lower star hotels that have a much better coffee set up.
Breakfast itself was also sub-par, the pastries all tasted stale, probably since they were uncovered. I had an egg made at the egg station and it tasted like salt with a side of egg. Absolutely not what I expected when I paid for breakfast at a supposedly 5-star hotel.
Slow room-service, took 15 minutes for a bucket of just ice to be brought up. Ordered calamari chips and nachos from room service at poolside which took 45 minutes to arrive. It was only us at the poolside & the hotel itself wasn’t busy.
Housekeeping wouldn’t change the bedsheets, they would just tuck them in so it looked neat. This is something I’d expect from a 3-star hotel.
The detachable shower head in the room is small and not appropriately positioned. Water pressure for the large shower head was weak and the hot and cold water weren’t hot/cold enough.
Pros were that security was great, room was spacious and the spa services & staff were lovely.
