It was a large hotel, rooms were comfortable. We voted this hotel during our roadtrip to have the best water pressure. Nice hot shower.
HIghly recommend: Take the 18min walk to Casa Bolta Rece restaurant for the BEST TRADITIONAL ROMANIAN Food EVER!!

The Hotel was very quaint and great location. Only downside is there is no parking nearby or entrance drop off. Illegal parking is required to offload luggage to avoid long walk with luggage. Also we did not realize the AC was disguised as Art....Cool Art. We found the remote in the AM and realized it turned on the AC behind the picture. Live and learn. Other than that it was a lovely hotel and I would stay there again and this time use the AC

Clean rooms, friendly staff, AC a little bit too loud.
Breakfast needs a lot improvement!!!! There was no choice for something sweet such as a croissant, or a pastry, or a cookie. The bread was the leftover from the day before and already toasted. The coffee was not tasty at all. The placement for sugar and milk for the coffee was on another area than the coffee table.
The tomatoes were stale and bitter. And the sunny side up eggs were cold and overcooked.

My daughter's birthday trip was ruined. We booked this hotel based on it's declared facilities- the pool and the gym. The hotel didn't let the teenagers , who were traveling with their grandmother, use the facilities, claiming that "the parents are mandatory". The presence of the grandmother and the elder sister (an adult) did not persuade them. Needless to say- it is not stated anywhere that the pool can be used by adults only. I would not therefore recommend this hotel to anyone traveling with children or anyone seeking a pleasant hotel experience.

Very old. No amenities in the room (no coffee/tea maker, just a small fridge). Access to the pool is pretty much forbidden. Only one mechanical key for my husband and I, although we had different schedules. Housekeeping insisted on waking us up ever day, regardless of the jet lag we were experiencing.

Hotel has a very good position, right near Palas Mall and Palatul Culturii. It has an old vibe, taking you back in time with its an atmosphere reminiscent of communism. But overall, nothing to complain about, it is clean and has everything you need.

We choose this hotel because of its location and the view also we booked late and none of better choices were available in the center. This hotel must be the worst hotel we stayed by far…. we had to change our room 3 times, first the AC wasn’t working, second the AC again not working, third room was smelling bad … the hotel needs major update and repairs. I don’t understand how is rated 3 stars…At check out we were charged a higher price than the one booked on line, some of staff were nice some were not, parking was probably the best deal was free in the front of the hotel and the view. Avoid this hotel!!!
