The hotel is located outside Timisoara, which was good for us. The parking lot is quite big, but it can be crowded on a saturday due to locals coming to the spa. The staff is very friendly. The room is big and clean and we were lucky to also have a balcony. The breakfast is good with many choices. The spa area is impressive: outdoor pool with sunbathing area , an indoor oliympic pool, sauna and massage. Overall a good stay!

This hotel & staff were great. The Saturday we were there the parking lot was jam packed with people and families coming to swim and sun in the pool. The majority were not checked into Hotel they just came to use the pool. We saw less than 10 people staying there. Our car was blocked in by the pool goers. The worst was all Saurday ight there was a wedding reception or some kind of party that began around 6 pm lasting until daylight. Super loud music we couldn’t get much sleep. I will NEVER stay there again and never recommend anyone staying there

The hotel location was exactly what I wanted near to the airport and well known for taxi drivers to find. Staff on reception need serious training on how to greet customers. I've never felt so unwelcome. Rooms were lovely, however there was only hot water at certain times of the day- very inconvenient if you have a late arrival. Restaurant was good with a large selection and the staff were friendlier.

The hotel is rated as a 4 star and I wouldn't consider that to be quite accurate. The hotel room I had had hotels in the tile of the shower, there were no large towels included in the main room when it was initially cleaned, and the bed was very hard. I wouldn't personally stay here again. The Spice Restaurant was good, but the service was extremely slow.

The hotel was very nice and pleasant. Exceptionally clean and comfy. The spa with the swimming pool was also very pleasant. On balance it was great value for money. It could have been a bit more accessible by public transport. But it was easy enough to get to by taxi.

BED BUGS!!! A real shame, because aside from it's location, the hotel isn't bad. However, the fact remains that on my first (and only) night, I was woken at about 2 a.m by a serious itching sensation on my arm. I sat up and switched on the light and to my horror saw 3 bed bugs. I immediately went to reception and complained to the poor girl there who was equally horrified at the bites on my arm and she gave me another room. The next morning I requested a late check out which was refused because they were full, unless I booked another night! No mention of the previous nights horrors either. Left Timisoara with a slightly sour taste in my mouth and 14 increasingly red bite marks on my arm. On the plus side, the food in the restaurant was nice.

Unfortunately I didnt arrive until after 11pm and had to leave at 4am so didnt have the opportunity to try the facilities. The room was lovely. The hotel was really done out well and the location for the airport is good. The only spoil was that I had no hot water when I tried to shower at 3.30. Really good value, will stay there again for sure.
