Clean room, appreciated upgrade, the staff are wonderful. The location is very useful.
Suggestions-include a Kleenex box, a facecloth with the bath towel would have saved using non compostable face wipes, change the breakfast at least a bit from day to day. Staying here multiple days gives the exact same items every morning.
Again the staff are very friendly and knowledgeable.

We liked the location very much. That said, we felt for the price, our room was sub par with several things needing attention. Our shower door would not close properly causing water to leak out onto the floor. The doorknob would not latch (knob spun), bare minimum on the amenities. The odor all the way down our hallway reeked of b.o. every day (we stayed a total of 5 nights). Staff was nice, though we didn’t interact too much and we never paid to eat their breakfast buffet.

The hotel is very close to the Royal Mile, hence it is very accessible to all the nearby attractions and activities. Staying here made it very easy to explore Edinburgh. The room was spacious and clean. The staff was very cordial and supportive in helping resolve any queries we had. The hotel is accessible 24*7 so it was not an issue to come back late. I am pretty happy with my stay here and would book this hotel again if travel to Edinburgh in future.

Clean and comfy room. Many attractions within walking distance. Lots of food options close by. A little noisy when the bars closed down, but too tired from sight seeing to really notice. Staff was phenomenal!!! Really enjoyed our stay here and would recommend. Only negative was parking was quite a ways away.
