Room we got for the family was one big hall and tiniest bathroom ever made ( for people who are 6 foot or above good luck )
There us not enough place even to keep your stuff other than one study table
No extra tables only one chair
Entry is confusing but if you know technology you will be good especially after hours
Limited amenities like few tea and coffee
Cups to drink water will fill 2 sips of water so small
There is no disposable cups
No conditioner
Heating cooling and bathroom water temp us also confusing
Only Positive is location is all right
Definitely won’t recommend with family and with kids
No tooth brush paste basic stuff
No extra pillows
It’s not a hotel but a private building

Was very very VERY cold. No reception, and they do not respond to emails/messages or calls. Way way wayyyyy pverpriced. The cleaning staff were helpful - which is why I gave it one star.

Nice hotel, spacious room. Easy self-check-in. No elevator so lots of stairs if on the 2nd (really 3rd floor). Tiny bathroom, but great water pressure and really hot water. No place to store luggage - used stasher at nearby hotel before the next leg of out trip. 15 min walk to downtown center/Royal Mile/Edinburgh Castle. It was. I’ve to have individual twin beds for the kids and still have plenty of room to walk around.

You get what you pay for. Not accessible for the disable or elderly. Three flights of stairs with no lift. Struggled to actually get into the hotel via press keypad. The amenities were very basic which reflects on the price but did it job.

Communication with staff prior to arrival was difficult. The generic check-in information received at the time of booking contained an error, leading us to contact the hotel for clarification - and we never recevied a response despite attempting contact via the hotel's website, the Expedia portal and telephone. Other than this - once we received the self-check in instructions over e-mail (which were late in arriving), everything went smoothly. The rooms were tidy. The location is fantastic.
