Was very clean. Went in end of Aug. It was extremely warm in the room. Window only opens an inch, we couldn’t sleep with the window open because the traffic was so loud. Guess it depends what you are used to. We are used to quiet, dark and cool. Girl at the desk made it clear there wouldn’t likely be anyone to help us if we needed anything. That was weird. Check in and out was easy as long as you come during recommended times.

Booked for amenities: washer/dryer, stove top, microwave & TV. TV did not work. Had to buy and replace batteries in remote. Washer/dryer nearly impossible to access! No instructions provided for opération. Trial and error to operate. Stovetop - no response to buttons. Fortunately found a video. Used stovetop one time in four days. One small pot provided. No fry pan norcooking utensils. Microwave- could not read settings - no illumination or backlighting. Trial and error to find a 30 second button to operate. No satisfactory response from customer care on these inconveniences.

The room was extremely hot and had almost zero ventilation - only a window that opened maybe an inch. There was no fan provided and all requests for one were ignored. The bathroom was dirty on arrival and the whole room looked poorly kept. The road was extremely noisy yet we needed the window open for the tiny bit of air it provided, so be aware of that. Communication with ‘guest services’ was non existent - only a series of automated messages with generic information. They replied to none of my messages and ignored all requests. The location was good with a bus stop right outside which takes you into the city.

A horrible stay during the summer. Student housing during the school year, but it looks like they shut off the ventilation and hot water for the summer. TV remote didn't work making the TV inoperable. Bed was uncomfortable and there was no air flow at night. Attendant also told us to not lock the door which made us feel unsafe. Basement door to throw out trash was also locked. We ended our stay early and found other accommodations due to how uncomfortable we were.

We asked someone to bring us a saucepan and fryingpan to make food but we never get them! The room has a washing machine, a large refrigerator freeze and a dishwasher but not possibility to cook as a tourist. The service was very bureaucratic. The person who works in the reception was very helpful but could not help us. We had to phone some general office number - it was very confusing.

HORRIBLE SERVICE AND PROVIDED AMENITIES. DO NOT STAY HERE IF ITS SHORT TERM. If I could give it a 0 stars, I would. I wish there was a way to get my money back because this was the worst 5 night stay I've had. - No helpdesk, had to email every time. Ran out of toilet paper, no one came with more. - No hand towels, foot mats for bathroom, shampoo, conditioner provided. - Towels provided had a big stain and looked VERY used. I had to call, then wait, then request deeply to even get towels. - There was a moth in the room when we entered and had to kill it. - It was CRAZY warm/humid in the room. We requested for fans repeatedly. No help was ever given. We had to go buy fans. We needed 2 for the small studio, that's how uncomfortable it was. BTW, this was ONLY a 5-night stay. - Super unhelpful reception. They wouldn't even keep our bags for an hour and kept pushing their luggage storage referral link. - The WIFI requires you to create an account for every device and then remember the username god forbid your laptop restarts. ABSOLUTELY AWFUL AND FRUSTRATING EXPERIENCE. - No hairdryer I work in travel, have traveled for 3 years (nomadic) and hear it from me - DO NOT BOOK THIS. You are better off at a hostel where the help desk will atleast help you. What if you urgently need wifi? What if you can't call anyone because of a SIM card issue? All the best getting anyone to help you at this place.

Not the greatest neighborhood, not the worst. There is a grocery just up the street. Check-in was easy. The place was bright and comfortable. Floors could have been cleaner. Had a kitchenette with a few cooking dishes, electric kettle, knives, 2 coffee cups, 2 plates, 2 bowls - but no cutlery, cooking utensils, or drinking glasses Decent shower, bed was fine, no real complaints.

It was....fine. The building is student housing, and the units are nice officetels.The room was modern, warm, clean. The location of the building isn't in the heart of downtown (30 minutes walk), but a bus ride only takes 10 minutes, and there are at least half a dozen buses within two blocks of the building (or literally in front of it.) Very convenient. And for student housing, it's INCREDIBLY quiet. The students there are heads down studying quietly at all hours of the day. But. There's no front desk to go to for issues. They will not hold your bags before/after check in. If you want early/late arrival, there's a fee. If you are getting in after midnight, there's *another* additional fee. The units come with a *really* posh kitchenette -- but they don't supply you with a single dish/fork/pot, so it's basically useless. My international flight got changed last minute (arriving earlier than expected.). I had to have Hotels.com reach out for me. It took them about 15 minutes to answer, and then they basically told them to call back at 8am. The location didn't respond until after I'd landed and was on my way to say that no one was available to let me in early. I had to kill 3 hours until someone showed up to check me in. I get that they're hiring a student to hand me the keys at a specific time, but travel is unpredictable. Things happen. Plans change. It's not a great system. With the check in issues and no useable kitchen, I'll just get a hotel next time.

Stupidly annoying multiple emails almost threatening with not letting you stay before you check in, clunky online checkin process, dirty room, far too expensive. The only decent bit was the cleaner in reception who does her very best to keep the front tidy. Stop emailing guests multiple times each day, stop asking them to empty their own rubbish from the room, don’t be so expensive and definitely do not email me asking me to leave you a 5 star review.

It is a poorly managed facility. We moved in with rubbish still inside and the bathroom not properly cleaned. Reporting to the property manager was futile without further action. Getting the key was very inconvenient as you had to go to a lockbox half an hour away. The listed contact phone was not working. All in all, it is not worth the money at all.

This property is not a hotel but originally a student dormitory, so I was not expecting excessive services. However, the experience was still very disappointing. To begin with, it was nearly impossible to get in touch with the management staff. The card case for the room key stated that the quickest way to reach them was through the booking site’s message system, and if that failed, to use the provided email address. In reality, all of my messages through the app were ignored, and no reply ever came to my emails. There was also a serious issue with the shower drainage. I ended up spending an hour cleaning out a large amount of hair left from previous guests. I sent five messages requesting assistance, but all went unanswered. Despite this lack of support, I still received repeated automated reminders about checkout procedures. If this were a budget hostel, I would not complain, but considering the price charged, the lack of response and poor maintenance is unacceptable. I cannot recommend this place.
