We were impressed by the high quality of this “airport” hotel. We stayed at a lot of top tier hotels on this trip and this hotel was on the same level. Great buffet breakfast, nice room, really nice shower. Even though we did not gave a chance to play, the paddle ball court also looked like it would be a lot of fun. The included airport shuttle was very convenient as well.

Dear Hotel Management, I am writing to express my sincere appreciation for a member of your reception staff, Ana. During my stay, the air conditioning in my room was a bit weak for the hot summer weather. Ana kindly provided me with a fan to ensure my comfort. She also gave me very specific and helpful instructions on how and where to return it.Following her instructions, I successfully returned the fan to the front desk before checking out. However, Ana was not on shift at the time of my departure. Could you please pass along my gratitude to her, and let her know that the fan was safely returned? Thank you for the excellent service.

I booked this hotel based on reviews, proximity to BCN and the free shuttle service. We needed an overnight prior to departure the next day. This property is in a shopping mall area and is frequented by many tour groups/cruise passengers, etc. The room was fine - very basic. We found the change in room doors perplexing - went from a wood grain look to a white/institutional appearace. Random and weird. The drain in the middle of the bathroom floor was a but of a trip hazard. The room was very warm upon arrival so we put our key in, turned on the AC and went to the restaurant/bar for a quick bite while it cooled off. The restaurant/bar was fine - it was late, close to kitchen closing, and the lone employee was clearly on her last nerve but was very gracious despite the long day. Once we were settled in, we slept very well and the breakfast buffet was impressive and delicious. For a quick stay for an early flight I would recommend this property.

I liked the that we were close to the airport and the hotel had a free shuttle bus and complementary breakfast(that was average at best)our room was on the first floor right above the entrance so you heard people coming in and out and although the room was clean and comfortable I had to kill a water bug in the bathroom,informed the staff who did offer to change my room(I declined)but did ask a few times to speak to a manager and emailed him but as yet haven’t received a reply.

This property was in a great location, close to shopping and some fast food type restaurants. The hotel has a great restaurant and bar. If you are staying on a Sunday, there is no shopping available in the area as everything is closed. My only disappointment is the pool shown in the photos is not included with your stay and was an extra 12 euros. You will also need to purchase a bathing cap as well. The shuttle to the airport was included and very comfortable.

The breakfast buffet was excellent with many choices and great coffee machines...check In and out was fast..hotel staff was great at explaining elevator key card..breakfast time wifi and shuttle times to airport..the worst thing experienced was the shuttle pickup after a long flight arrived for the 520pm pick at terminal 1 was full only 12 seater and the next shuttle 605pm had 16 people waiting..then 650pm was the one I could get on..I found out later that the hotel had booked cruiseship workers that had flown in that day using the shuttle service and reserving the 2nd and third floor...then had taken up in the restaurant at 7pm for there meeting...you would think the cruiseship would have set up the transport for there workers as they left the hotel at 6am so never saw them (the cruiseship workers )again...other then the shuttle it was a pleasant comfortable stay thanks

A great option for layovers close to the airport. Active night security around the mall so the hotel is safe. A nice buffet style breakfast in a big space with outdoor access. The shuttle is handy.

Shuttle Bus didn't turn up for over 1hr and half. Contacted hotel and they informed us on 2nd call if shuttle bus was full from Terminal 1, it didnt come to Terminal 2. Not helpful when you had long flight. Doesnt mention that on previous reviews or advertising. Room was grubby, no kettle facilities. Had to go to McDonald's across mall area for food and hot drink. Other guests doing the same. Best part of hotel was leaving.
