Positives: Fast 80 MBps internet, easy self check-in. Minus: No daily cleaning, bathroom smells like sewer though may be due to city though air freshner would be nice

The stay was perfect. We stayed for 8 days, and everything was excellent, from the reception support to the cleanliness. The area is beautiful, clean, and quiet, with very convenient transportation to reach everywhere.

we booked for three persons on this property, but only provided two Pillows and no blanket for the third person. Shampoo, Conditioner only enough for two peoples!

Had a great stay at these apartments in Barcelona. The location is good and it’s a nice walk into the city Center, easy to get the metro and also easy to get a taxi. The property had everything we needed and was well supplied. The hosts were great at communicating with us and were very helpful.

Great location and place has all you need to enjoy Barcelona.

It was one of the worst places I stayed. While we were there we had to deal with water leakage, no hot water, fight and the door kept making noise due to wind.

We arrived at facility at about 8:30PM, could not get into the apartment. Finally a girl came down told me to call a #, I started calling them, took them forever to answer my phone call with somebody who can speak english, and he told me he had to contact his manager to see what's going on. EXCUSE me, this us a prepaid reservation, at 9PM, you told me you need to find out what's going on???? Then he told me if I didn't like this way, I could leave. So I had to call Expedia customer service in the States seeking for help. Took me more than an hour finally got the key to get into my apartment. The apartment is so small, I paid for 3 persons in the room, but there were only two bed sets. Finally I found a blanket without bed sheet. The shower was so thin,we are normal size already feel not able to turn freely.The night they checked me in over the phone, never told me that I need to pay about 30Euros city tax, next day (Friday) after we went back to the room, they left me a note asking me to leave my credit card # for them. Seriously? Actually they opened that day @9:30AM, I really don't mind to pay then go out if they told me this the night before. And they asked me to make a copy of our passport and send to them. I emailed them the photo copies, they still came back to me kept asking for it.God, what kind of management this facility is?I was lucky I opened international phone service this time, otherwise I endup on the street. Strongly NOT suggest this facility to everyon

There was a missunderstanding about our reservation. We have to receive a mail with a code for a box, where the keys for the apartment should be. This was because we had a late check-in. We didn't receive a mail. When we arrived at the airport my wife called them. We have a reservation code from hotels.com, but they did not found it. My wife got wrong the name of the reservation - she gave her name, instead of mine. But they didn't bother to look for the reservation, which is fully paid, did not look for the reservation number.... perhaps we did not understand each other in english. There was a lady at the airport that helped us and called them again in spanish. The codes were given by phone - one for the door and another for the box? It was very suspicious untill we did not arrive. I thought that we won't have where to sleep. Beside that the apartment is not big, but you have everything that you need, it is a walking distance from the main facilities.

This was a Saddam-grade spider-hole, charged at 4-star prices. Shouldn't be listed on hotels.com

Amazing Place, quiet neighborhood, perfect location close to supermarkets, shops, restaurants and public transport. Highly recommended.

We were quite happy with this apartment. Easy access, functional kitchen and AC and most importantly it is only 40 min walking distance from all major interest points in Barcelona

Good location, but the apartment was small and needs repair. The shower drain was dirty and half of the electrical contacts was out of order. Not enough sheets too. We checked in on Saturday and there was no iron in the room (although it was included in the description) so I recieved one on Monday.

the place is perfect for a family getaway... its like a home away from home. its fully furnished. complete with kitchen utensils. the place seems to be new.

it is more smaller than it is seen on the website. it seems clean but you can feel the dust on curtains and sofa. though entrance and check in was easy even we arrived after midnight.

when we arrived there was no were we could get a key or access to our room, lucky the cleaning lady was coming in and helped us in. other wise we had no way to communicate our situation. at the end on our stay we were informed that there was an office on the second floor were we needed to go pay the room tax, this information would have been nice in the beginning of our stay. other wise the location and the room was great...
