Great and spacious property in good neighborhood, close proximity to important areas in the city, such as Puerta del Sol, Plaza Mayor, Royal Palace, Gran Vía, etc. There are many places for eating and drinking in the area. We had a situation with the AC that stopped working the second night, called management after hours and someone came to the place 10 min later and fixed the problem right away. We definitely would choose this place again and recommend it to anyone who wants to spend time in Madrid.

Very Easy accesss and great comunication, Good location

Very nice safe and convenient. Lots of restaurants and convenience stores near by. Overall apartment is very well maintained. The reception super nice. We arrived late, the communication was clear and the receptionist waited for us to Pick up the keys. Bathrooms are a little too small for my liking. No hassle checkout just leave keys in the apartment and leave.

Pictures and reality is very different

We booked this hotel for 7 nights. And there is big different between pictures in internet and real room. We got the room with own entrance from the street. It was a big mistake to take it. There is no soundproofing at all in this room (may be others are better). So all the night (if you are not drinking and dancing and want just to sleep) you have to listen sounds of the street. Listening to this noise all of garbage cans, yelling of drunk people. Our doorstep was very popular among the homeless people. They liked to sit on it by two-three persons, smoking and talking...The corner of building they used as a toilet (and not only they). Some times I thought that I was sitting with them...The sound was as if you do not have a door at all !!!!! Friday and Saturday - no comment at all.... There is no heated towel rail. So the towels were wet all the time. I think that this room (I don`t know about other) is good for teenagers on spring holidays.

Is was located in a Malasaña .The transportation was great metro stations were close . The bad side of this property it that the bathroom is tiny when you go in the shower it was impossible to move or turn It was juts super tiny. And they only have a washer no dryer and that was a big down side for me since we were there 8 days.Also take in consideration there’s no elevator so if you have a lot of luggage like we did is hard to get your luggage to the upper floors.

Location is awesome in a little side street. close to Gran Via and also to where many bus tours depart. The room we had was really good with all you can expect for an apartment. Restaurant and even a Flamenco Show a short walk away. If in Madrid again, we will probably stay again with these guys.

The noise from the coming and going from other guests was so bad that we were there for 2 nights and hardly slept. Great place shame about the building layout and acoustics. Not to mention thoughtless guests. One big benefit is the helpfulness of the staff, they go the extra mile. Just don’t get a ground floor apartment.

Location was ver good. We liked the neighborhood. The apt was Clean and modern.

The hotel location is very good! Close to the centre of the city and located in a very nice neighborhood. The room was very clean and the stuff helped us eith everything we needed.

Amazing stay in Madrid!! Definitely a great area of Madrid. Super close to Metro station which is easy way to get around city. - Bed, sheets, pillows clean and comfortable - Closet with lock box - Full length mirrors - Bathroom shower a little small but it is just how room is set up. Bathroom has hand, body, shampoo soap and lotion - Living area nice with pull out (we did not use) - Washer was key because this was middle of our two week trip and was able to wash clothes. We purchased laundry soap tabs at local market just a few mins away - Kitchen has everything and key if you are going to eat breakfast there. We did breakfast (eggs, fruit) that we purchased at local market.

The location was great - getting to the place by train and subway were quite simple, and getting out into the town was also the same. We felt quite comfortable here, and it was a quiet and cozy stay for my family. We didn't use the kitchen much, but the refrigerator and hot water maker served our purposes just fine.

Quaint. Good location. Quiet street. We were able to drop baggage off early. They also set up our transportation to the airport.

All amazing and perfect location and really good service. Friendly staff even organised a taxi for us to the airport the next day. Beautiful inside. Stairs up to top floor but good for the work out

Good location, clean, quiet, small kitchen not really useable to cook in, but then we didn't cook. The check in was great, Paul, I think his name was, explained everything and was willing to help us in any way he could. They have an office with people to help you make tour reservations. We would go there again.

The apartment was in a good location, close to the metro. Washing machine worked but no dryer, drying rack instead. Ran out of shower soap and TP. Neighbors were a little noisy. All in all, the stay was nice enough.

Apartment was in one of the best locations. 5 minute walk via gran via to centre of madrid which was amazing. A few minutes walk to the heart of malasana which was typically Spanish with cobbled streets with lots of bars and eating places absolutely buzzing at nights Room was quite compact for 4. Immaculate condition with washing machine, microwave, fridge freezer and 42 inch television. Very lucky as we were on ground floor as there was no lift. Would highly recommend as staff were excellent.
