Such a friendly helpful warm welcome. Great advice and the beer or water offer on arrival was nice. Quiet clean comfy room with good amenities and a nice roof terrace. Perfect location would stay again

Overall we were really happy with Casa Nautilus. It was clean and very central and the staff were nice. As well we found it really quiet at night so no problems with sleeping, neither with noise from the street nor from the other rooms. The only issue I had was communicating with the hotel before- it was sometimes difficult to get a response- and that the hotel actually charged the full amount of the stay in advance (5 days before arriving) on my credit card. I understand why they may want to do so- but if so it would be a good idea to notify the client of this PRIOR to charging the account- so it does not come as a surprise or cause problems with other payments going out of the account. But once we arrived the stay was perfect- and we were very happy with both the standard and service.
