Great location-close enough to the old town but in a nice, calm, residential neighbourhood. Staff members are friendly and supportive.

Very clean, comfortable room with underground car parking available for an extra cost. Cheap taxi rides to and from the old town. Sunday breakfast was MANIC as everyone turned up at once which resulted in long queues for the coffee machines!

It was clean, comfy, and had under ground parking (extra fee). Their buffet breakfast was a bit pricey but very nice. About 1 km from sites. So we walked there to the sites no problem. Don’t take your vehicle into the walled part of the old city unless you are a Europe pro driver & parker.

Everything was excellent, the times for breakfast and evening meal in the restaurant could be better. Laundry service gives you no notification of when it is ready as you have to collect from reception

The hotel is good but for a four-star hotel it’s lacking. There is no tea kettle in the room, there are even no Kleenex in the room. Very few electrical outlets, and in bathroom ceiling I see mold. The air conditioner temperature of the room needs to be a little colder.
