1 night stay perfect for our needs right on the beach front. Breakfast good hotel facilities good. Place a little dated. Would i stay again yes as the location is good

Excellent hotel with very nice pool, great rooms and excellent buffet. Beach with Sun loungers and umbrellas to rent for a very reasonable price. Always free parking spaces around the hotel available. Thank you for an unforgettable vacation.

Very happy with the stay, the only criticisms are the bar service queuing system, the lack of control with stopping people smoking in the non smoking outside areas and the lack of labeling in the restaurant advising which dishes are vegetarian.

Last day here & had a nice time, mainly Spanish guests, evening entertainment also in Spanish, no need to get up early to get a sun bed, plenty anytime. Lots of choice in restaurant, food was never that hot & at busy times was hard to find a clean table, overall hotel is good & very reasonably priced. 😁

Pros...nice big apartment, very comfortable beds, fantastic views from our balcony, quiet room on top floor, fab location right at the beach, brilliant maid service and bed linen and towels changed frequently Cons...the apartment needs updating. The equipment and furniture was sparse, there should be a non smoking area at the pool, the lifts were very slow Apart from these few grumbles, we had a lovely stay and will book again sometime

Beautiful hotel on beach, great staff and very helpful, our air conditioning wasn’t working. Spent a couple of hours and 2 men trying to fix but couldn’t , so got another room upgraded and a free buffet diner for our troubles. Great Hotel, would stay again

Stayed for 2 weeks in a lateral sea view apartment. Serviced every day. Good size with a large balcony and very clean and comfortable. Would certainly stay in it again. Restaurant was a bit too busy with tables not always available but was good value.

Had a very enjoyable week at the hotel, nothing to complaints, staff helpful, location excellent, very clean an well maintained. Really good pool for the kids. Would recommend Hotel Best Roquetas to family and friends.

This hotel, has all you need for a perfect holiday. Rooms spotless, all inclusive well worth the money as food excellent, and service very good. Pool area also spotless, could not find fault with anything to be honest. Highly recommend this hotel.

Excellent location. Very clean hotel. Good size room with free wi-fi, safe and mini fridge.

Perfectly positioned by the beach, staff very friendly and helpful. Food and drink in the bar very resonably priced. Restaurant has good variety of food and of a decent standard. Lots of sunbeds around the pool but the usual towels being put out very early even tho hotel says this is not to be done. Hotel offers parking at 12 euros a day but we found plenty of parking within a couple of minutes walk. Hotel is good for families with young children.

Motorcycle tour of Spain . Hotel has great parking but charges full rate for bikes. Check in was too slow after a long days riding. Overall though, a very good choice for a stop over.

I liked location of the hotel,beach,i didn't like food and animation team..

New “Hotel Best” owners have stripped most of the character from what was a perviously excellent hotel as the Playa Luna. The reception area is basically a void and the reception team are one of the most unwelcoming I have experienced in 40 years of travelling. That said the rest of the team were very helpful and friendly especially the pool bar girls. Food was very basic and lac-lustre but for what we paid overall we cannot complain about that. Personally I would recommend that you go Bed and Breakfast and eat out locally All inclusive would be extremely disappointing!

Stayed at the best roquetas due its location on the beach and a stones throw from my friends place. Breakfast was great and plenty of it although very busy at peak time 9.30am. We would stay again. Great value for money. Rooms a little dated but clean. Powerful shower.

We have just returned from the Playaluna after a lovely 10 day holiday (Jun 9-19). We have a 4 year old and a 2 year old and the family room was large, clean and suited our needs perfectly. The service was very good at the bars and restaurants throughout our stay. Most of the staff speak English to some degree but if you can speak a little Spanish, it seems to be appreciated. The indoor pool was very nice but it closed on June 15th which was a shame as the outdoor pool was a little too cold for our 2 year old. The only down side of the hotel is that it gets very full at the weekends. When this happens, the bars and restaurants struggle to cope with demand and the hotel becomes very noisy. The restaurant is very large and when full, although the staff are clearly working very hard, they struggle to get food out quickly enough. As soon as something popular comes out (e.g. paella / prawns) it's like feeding time at the piranha tank. We stayed half board but tried to avoid eating dinner in the hotel at the weekend.
