Hotel Los Robles

Travelling from Barcelona to Alicante I stopped for the night in Gandia. Booked a last minute reservation the room was very musty so I opened the door to get some fresh air which only helped a little bit in the morning. I woke up and I had fight all over my body at least 30. I thought it was mosquitoes because I had left the door open for a bit before I went to bed, however, after going to the pharmacy because they were getting worse, I was diagnosed with bedbugs. I am bitten all over my arms, my back and my legs. Do not recommend this hotel whatsoever stay away from it and stay away from musty rooms. I am still recovering from bedbugs. It’s been four days and I look like a pin cushion.

The hotel seems new. The room has a good size but the beds are little hard for me. The breakfast is poor, we have the same food every single day, the same fruits (only two options, kiwi and orange). The same for dinner, the same food every single day. They could do better in this matter. The swim pool is good, the beach in front the hotel is perfect. There is no park available in the hotel, be aware that you have to make a reservation before. There is only 12 parking places for the entire hotel. We could parking around the hotel, but was difficult to find a place.

Location near the beach, restaurants and shops was perfect for our visit to Gandia. The parking is limited (do reserve ahead if needed) but we were able to find street parking within a few blocks. The floors are not carpeted, so if other guests are moving around furniture in the middle of the night, you will hear it :-) Staff was excellent and all else really great. Would love to return.

A great value for money, friendly hotel with a warm, inviting atmosphere.

Breakfast is only served from 8.30 till 10am. This meant we missed breakfast as had to leave at 8 for airport. Requested some breakfast, even just a croissant and coffee. Told firmly no! Hotel is good, clean and in nice location, just don't book if you eat before 8.30 in the morning

Les + : personnel de la reception et a lentree du restaurant tres agreables, pareil pour la cafétéria. Les - : nourriture exécrable, peu de choix et nourriture de mauvaise qualité. Le vendredi soir, le cuisiner derrière la plancha devait faire cuire du porc, TOUT ÉTAIT CRU, je suis revenu 3 fois lui demander de faire cuire à nouveau la viande, beaucoup de personnes lui demandaient mais il ne savait tout simplement pas faire cuire la viande, il la remettait 10 secondes sur un coté et la ressortait. Malheureusement, nous n’avons pas pu la manger et beaucoup de monde l’a jetée. C'est dommage car c'était la seule viande vu le faible choix du buffet. C’est inadmissible de servir du PORC CRU (La veille, c'était du boeuf immangeable, élastique et gras). Lorsque les plats sont vides, les serveurs mettent treees longtemps à remplir de nouveau les plats. Pourtant, ce n’est pas encore la pleine saiso . Dommage que le bar de la piscine soit fermé.. Bien que proche de la plage, le quartier est sans intérêt. En bref : passez votre chemin, vous trouverez mieux ailleurs.

Ha sido inmejorable la estancia, el único pero sería que para las familias le falta animación infantil y espectáculos en la noche. Pero volvería sin dudarlo

Mi habitación estaba genial con vistas a la playa y a la piscina, la habitación super limpia, la cama muy cómoda aunque la almohada si te gustan altas estas no lo son. Se puede aparcar en la zona sin problema. Del hotel quiero resaltar que el buffet deja mucho que desear, poca variedad y poca cantidad...tardaban mucho en reponer las bandejas, y por poner un ejemplo si hoy ponían merluza a la plancha y les quedaba bastante pues por la noche la tenías en salsa con las almejas que había sobrado el día anterior y las navajas ... Un cantazo para mí gusto 🤔

El proceso de check-in, un poco lento

Muy buena ubicación, a solo unos pasos de la playa. Amabilidad del personal. Buena limpieza y comodidad de habitación. Buen buffet con gran variedad para todos los gustos.

Lo unico qe no me gustó fue el servicio de bufet, una hora antes de terminar el servicio empiezan a recoger y no reponen. Lo peor las cenas, poco donde escoger

Todo muy bien. Estuve el año pasado y he repetido este año. El año que viene otra vez. Con eso lo digo todo.
