Good location but expensive for an airport hotel. Front desk staff were very friendly and professional. Rooms need major renovations and our room was unnecessarily dark and bland with old and stained. furniture. Bathroom shower head was impossible to setup properly to take a nice shower. Good fast food options around.

Room is clean and good, staff is friendly. However, the room I had is on the side next to highway, it is very noisy. The bath room door is very hard to use( design issue , no handle on the door).

The room was great and clean. The bathroom was clean. Had a kettle and a fridge with 2 bottles of water, also had a box of tea and coffee which came in handy for making tea. The receptionist who checked us in was great and spoke perfect english and got us checked in quickly. The only thini had a problem with was we only got 1 key. Im sure we could have git another if we asked but were only staying 1 noght so mever asked. As you need the key for the elevator and also the power in the room it meant when mt wife was away smoking outside there was no power in the room and other cards never worked.

Excellent choice, far from the city, but nice and quiet.

The room was spotless and cleaned daily. Only problem we waited 3 hours after traveling 13 hrs, to get our room the first day.

I was initially given Room 570, which unfortunately had a broken window and a lot of noise coming in from the motorway. It was impossible to relax with the constant sound. I went to reception to explain the issue, and I have to say the staff handled it wonderfully — they moved me to a much nicer room and even upgraded me. The new room was excellent, the bed was extremely comfortable, and the pillows were perfect. I really appreciated the quick and friendly service. The only real disappointment was the breakfast. For 18 euros, I expected better quality food and coffee. Instead, the coffee came from a cheap machine and was only lukewarm. The breads and butter also felt low-quality. On top of that, the breakfast area wasn’t well managed — many tables were left uncleared, and guests struggled to find a clean spot to sit. Several people, myself included, had to clean a table ourselves just to sit down. Overall, the stay improved significantly after the room change, but I definitely wouldn’t opt for the breakfast again. The hotel has great rooms and good service at reception, but the breakfast experience really needs improvement.

I am a repeated customer. This time I am joined by my daughter and so I booked a quadruple room. I paid more but the service is rather disappointing. I checked in shortly before 8pm presenting 3 passports for record. When we got to the room, the sofa bed has not been set up. All supplies including towels were geared for 2 persons only. We went out to dinner and back around 11pm. The room remained untouched. Both phones are not in tune. We went down to find out that there was a long line at the front desk with only one staff serving. Informed him of our need for the sofa to be set up and more towels needed. At midnight, no one showed up, with phones not working, I went down again (it’s a long corridor walk). 10 min after, a staff showed up who didn’t know how to unfold the bed. He didn’t speak English and was trying to indicate to my daughter that the bed wasn’t working right somehow. After 15 min or so, he managed to break the arm rest of the sofa and kicked out the bed! It was 1am then. The bed matress was all sunk-in and my daughter slept in a basin in essence. I shared this experience with the front desk the next morning, she was very kind to offer us free breakfasts. She told us that upon our check in, the staff should send someone to set the sofa bed. That is much appreciated. I still want to report this for the hotel to follow up to replace the sofa bed, fix the phone line and review the room set up procedures. Room number is 360. Thank you.

The hotel is about 5 train stops from Barcelona Center, but a very short walk to the Castledefell station.

WOW! Great facility and customer service! Walking distance to Anecblau shopping/entertainment/dining, beaches; Castelldefels near BCN is highly worthy of stay before/after Barcelona for relaxation.

First time to visit Spain and I like the hotel. Very convenient in nearby restaurants, shopping malls and also the transportation. The staff are very helpful, cleanliness and nice location. My overall rating was excellent!! I will definitely recommend this hotel to my relatives and friends. Bravo Zulu!!!
