Everything was okay apart from noisey guests coming back from night clubs in the early hours 4am-6am

Friendly staff. Nice pool area. Room spacious and air conditioned. Nice balcony, as balconies go. Security on the ball as noise went.

Just an overnight stay but was pleasantly surprised with thd hotel. Convenient for bars and shops

A nice hotel with friend staff good facilities and location however the rooms are in need of renovation.

I booked a hotel seeing the pictures it looked lovely i went and checked in I was told i was not allowed to go in because the keycard was not working so they moved us to a very bad room without notice. The place was filthy noises all night broken tv toilet flush did not work view was disgusting bathtub was so dirty that i could not shower i could not charge my phone blankets were dirty I was promised a late checkout and then that was taken away because it was too busy i then went to the jacuzzi and of course it didnt work i wanted to get spare amentities and there was nobody in the office i got a coffee but the coffe was freezing the staff was very nice probably trying to distract us from this absolute horror of a place.

Very outdated, they have old little TV from 80s

Dont Go There

No tea/coffee machine - very basic. Reception had no idea how to access doctor to come to the hotel when needed.

Was told we had air conditioning, so went to our room wasn’t working. They told us someone checked it out for us and it was working so went back up to the room and still was not working. So we complained then front desk lady said we didn’t get air conditioning. So she lied straight to our face. Very rude customer service will never return to his hotel or recommend to anyone.

Very good breakfast. The rest needs a lot of improvement.

check in was late and a bit manic ( guest fault not hotel) the rooms are clean but tired and the glass system of cards and two per guest needs refreshing. Area was a little trek from both the strip and beach and on a busy road so perhaps wouldnt suit families. overall reasonable value but not one id rush back to.

This hotel is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in all the yrs I’ve been going to Spain. This hotel should never be a 3star and service and staff was very poor. Julie behind the bar was so rude and had a attitude towards people. The restaurant food was awful. First you would get the same food every day and not only that it was freezing because the hot plates don’t work. The toasters were awful and old. I had to put my toast through 5 times to get it to go brown. The staff also try clearing things away well before meal times are over. Al. I can say is if you are use too excellent service and food avoid this hotel now. The rooms are not very clean and need upgrading ASAP. The maid didn’t come for two days and I had to go to reception to ask them to get the maid to bring clean towels and bed sheets. Also my friends were stuck in the lift for 15mins and pushed the alarm and nobody come to rescue them and it was just lucky they had there phones to raise the alarm to family members. Basically it’s a no go for me ever again and I would like to warn you all how poor the hotel is. Please do not get sea or pool view if you want to sleep. There is a main road at front very busy traffic and noisy motor bikes through the night keeping you awake. I’ve had my moan about the hotel from hell. Good luck and try and enjoy your stay if you have to go here.

It is close to the beach. It is also near to the town to shop, but far enough away to avoid the drunken antics of kicking out time.The staff are very friendly and helpful. This is my 5th stay in 4 years and I will definitely be visiting again.

Comfortable room, unbeatable price, and just minutes from the beautiful beach.

Horrible Hotel, people are so rude and disrespectful and look at you like you are trash. Lack of respect and cleanliness in the hotel. Me and my friend got stuck in the lift as it dropped from fifth floor all the way down and went right back to the top, this was frightening as we could not get out of the lift. When we alerted the receptionist about the lift situation he did not seem to care and just laughed and said: "yes the lift is broken". Most horrible and scary experience. Standard rooms are worse than hostel rooms, no AC, no space, sinks, and bath would get clogged up and no privacy as other hotel rooms can see straight through the room balcony. No light in the room. would definitely not recommend as safety, hygiene and experience come first. Hotel is a 10 mins walk to the beach and 15mins walk to the main centre where the shopping, nightlife and food places are. Worth staying in the centre rather than this weird location.

Staff were great. Reception were helpful and lovely - checked me in at 3am(!) after problems with my transfer from airport (even saved me some dinner and bottle of water!); and they helped me find alternative transport back to airport for a good price as I didn’t want to use my pre-booked transfer. Bar staff always seemed friendly and smiling too. Location for the area is good. Less than 10 min walk to beach, 10-15 min walk into Lloret de Mar so in easy reach of coach station, bars, clubs and restaurants but you aren’t bothered by all the noise and people. Bus stop 2 minutes walk away (Lloret Fenals?) where coach transfers to/from Barcelona all pick up from and drop off at. Was put in a room with four single beds. Not a problem for me on my own, but so many beds in such a small space that there’d be nowhere for your luggage and couldn’t move around if there was 3 or 4 of you. Cleanliness OK. Although food was edible the quality was absolutely dreadful - like cheap, bad school dinners. Burgers were unidentifiable ‘meat’, pasta sauce was like cheap runny ketchup, bread always stale even at start of breakfast service, veggies had lost all colour, battered fish was floppy and soggy, even ‘local dish’ of veggie paella was too salty too eat and clearly out of a packet... Spirits from the bar also seemed to be heavily watered down - couldn’t taste any alcohol! Don’t go all inclusive. Include breakfast then eat out - lots of cheap places nearby and supermarket next door.

Stayed for 4 nights at the beginning of June. The hotel is in an ok location, is quite noisy next to a busy road but within walking distance of beach and bars. Public areas are very clean and the rooms are basic but clean. Bit of a pain with the card system to get drinks but the worst thing about this hotel is the food. You will certainly see at lunch and dinner the left over food from the previous meals, it’s very basic and lots of carbohydrates but not a lot to go with it. A lot of pork based food! I’m not a fussy eater and will always find something to eat at a buffet but on our last evening we walked out in disgust and ate out....after being given directions from reception staff to a closed restaurant! We found a lovely restaurant by the beach in the end. Wouldn’t rush back to the hotel just because of the food.
