Apartment had everything we needed and was centrally located but not noisy. Within walking distance to restaurants (some right outside apartment building ) shops and buses. Would stay again.

the terrace was not the one expected according to the pictures of the room. Very disappointed. Several hair in the bed, floor not clean at all.

Excellent location near the centre of Malaga old town. Bus and train connection 10min walk away. Local fish ,meat ,vegetables and fruit indoor market a 5 minutes walk away in the morning.

Small apartment in the mezzanine of the historical city house. Nice area with the underground parking next door and the railway station nearby. Easy check-in and check-out. Responsive stuff in WhatsApp (agency has >100 flats) and a small free breakfast provided as a matter of inconvenience. Photos do not accurately describe the tiny size of this particular apartment Cleanness of kitchen furniture was not appropriate. Although we urged the agency to make an external cleaning it was not done properly. Many dishes in the background were not cleaned for ages. The kitchen does not have an oven Lack of natural light and poor views. Someone used to smoke in the room before our stay. Bed sheets were too simple/hostel style for such a price. The top cover is not replaced.

Fab location in pedestrian street of old town near market, restaurants and shops. Once the downstairs restaurants close up the street is very quiet at night and before that you may be treated to some guitar serenades. Once I worked out how to get the heating working I had a comfortable stay. It’s handy having a washing machine and drying line too. Didn’t try the sofa bed but the bed was comfortable and kitchen had all I needed including a supply of oil, salt, sugar and coffee

It’s not a hotel. It’s basically a studio apartment. It is something like a student might rent to go to university. The decor is what you would call funky. These are not necessarily criticisms. It’s just to let you know that this is not a posh hotel. It is a budget accommodation. It is perfectly fine. Also you have to pick up the key from another location not too far away. This might be an issue if You are arriving late in the day. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Although the room overlooks the street a small street with restaurants the noise was not a problem.

Para entrar al piso hay q ir a una oficina que queda a 5 - 10 min caminando desde el piso que rentamos, ahi la gente fue muy amable y nos dio muy buenos tips para conocer la ciudad. Después ya en el piso, tenia una muy buena ubicación, pero el piso no estaba en el mejor estado, el sofa super sucio, el baño tenía humedad en el techo, el piso estaba rayado, las ventanas antiguas con poca insonorización, en definitiva creo q no volveriamos.

L'etablissement ets mal entretenu, des cafards et de l'humidité partout. Douche et toielettes bouchées ... bref je ne recommande absolument pas.

Appartement idéalement situé et équipé pour 2 personnes, l'électroménager est complet ( lave-linge de,lave vaisselle,réfrigérateur congélateur,plaques, microondes) . Les points négatifs, le sol de la terrasse qui mériterait d'être refait, la cheminée d'évacuation du restaurant au Rdc qui sort juste 2 m au-dessus de la fenêtre ( donc impossibilité d'aérer aux heures d'ouverture) et surtout l'absence de volet sur le velux de la chambre ( impossibilité d'avoir le noir pour dormir).

Payer une prestation avec à l arrivée un lave vaisselle en panne, pas le même descriptif d appartement

Malaga er en hyggelig by. Leiligheten lå i en vanlig bygård, helt grei standard, men mindre enn jeg hadde forventet. Fin plassering i forhold til gamlebyen, og 10-13min å gå til togstasjonen (for å reise nedover kysten eller de 15 min til flyplassen). Gode seng, om enn noe smal. Manhattan leiligheten hadde en liten takterrasse. Det var derfor vi valgte stedet. Fin om kveldene. Kunne være matos på terassen pga luftesjaktene endte på taket.

Great service. Perfect location. Wonderful room. If we had the time, we would have stayed 2 weeks. You feel right at home. When we arrived, internet did not function. Informed the staff about the problem. They actually replaced the modem the next day. Downside: there is no reception, you actually need to walk to their office (10 minutes walk from the room) to get the keys. But still, that's ok.

Ottima posizione, in centro ma in una zona tranquilla. Appartamento accessoriato, confortevole e molto pulito. Da consigliare.
