Lugaris Beach - Apartments

Excellent! Well placed and easy to check in etc.

We enjoyed our stay, the place was very nice, just like it was advertised. Close to the beach and walking mall with a lot of restaurants. Would recommend this hotel to others.

For a family it is perfect, considering the lack of affordable family rooms at the Barcelona hotels. Lots of room. We loved being near the beach and the local pedestrian walkway. Lots of restaurants nearby. Great location. You are away from some of the main attractions so you need to be willing to travel around the city. Public transport was easy.

What a great location. We were so glad we paid for a sea view, as we enjoyed the beautiful sunrises. The apartment had everything we needed, and we loved the big, soft, fluffy towels. Very comfortable, but the bed was a bit too hard for me, and the floors in the communal areas could do with a good mopping.

Fantastic apartment perfect location right by the beach. 2mins walk to the beach. 5mins to pretty much everything like cafes, shops, restuarants. Parking provided but also plenty of public transport links. Rooftop pool was good. Highly recommended if wanting a good base in Barcelona.

Our apartment was excellent and spacious for our family, 2 adults and 3 teenagers. Everything we needed was in the apt.

The unit is a nice size and it had everything we needed for our 3 night stay. Space was kept in good condition and clean other than a couple of missed areas (could've been a one time thing). William and Dany were friendly and great at communication, which is very helpful when you need to meet for check in. The value was excellent for the Marais area. The only thing I would suggest is a better sized pillows. They were small and flat. Otherwise the beds were comfortable. The main bedroom had a nice organized closet area to put your things. The smaller room did not have anywhere to hang clothes, but there was a chest of drawers to put your things. And we easily used the front closet to hang we needed to. There was plenty of hangers. I would happily stay there again.

The staff was amazing and it was very easy to navigate

One block from the beach and 10 minute walk from the poblenou metro stop. Room was clean and everyone was friendly. Only hiccup is the cumbersome online check-in process

Stayed for 6 nights, the staff were welcoming and very accommodating. We originally booked the standard room but the previous guest smoked inside which left cigarette smell throughout so we requested to switch which they approved no problem, and we even got upgraded to the sea view room (granted it was the few available rooms at that time, which we are thankful for). There are good cafes within 5-10 min walk, the metro station is 10min walk, but there are bus stops within 3 min in front of the building that leads you to the main area of the city. That being said, the main area (aka Sagrada, gothic and other Gaudi attractions) are about 30min transportation from here so the commute can be a bit long if you’re not used to it. Overall highly recommend, especially with those coming with their family as the neighbourhood is safe, more locals here too

The "good" is that room was pretty large and had decent furnishings. There was a full kitchen and a combined clothes washer/dryer. One excellent feature of the apartment was free "included" parking (when book on expedia) in their underground parking garage, which for most other rentals would have cost about $22+ Euros a day in addition to the rent. The bed was large and mildly soft-on-firm and comfortable and the pillows were not too fluffy/soft or too stuffed. The Hotel is 2 minutes to the "beach" walk - which is a very nice area to stroll. The apartment is about 10 minutes (6 blocks) from the nearest Metro station (Poblenou station - L4 line). The bad was that there were no instructions on how to use the washer/dryer and I had to research an online manual for the unit and my wife spent hours figuring out how to use the modes. Lugaris should definitely have a laminated sheet explaining how to use the washer/dryer. Another laminated sheet on how to use the microwave and even the water heater seems prudent. Even a sheet explaining how to use the bathtub/shower diverter &hot/cold handles would be a good idea. The Ugly: All the furniture is low to the ground. This might be a european thing. The tub high and deep and so be very careful climbing out of it with wet feet. The toilet daul-flush push knob continually pops out of its position and has to be "wiggled" back into place. There were No Ice Cube Trays.

Spacious apartment, full kitchen, washing machine etc. Friendly and helpful staff. Recommend.

Très bien situé, près de la plage, quartier vivants avec plein de services, bons moyens de transports à proximité. Tres bel appartement fonctionnel. On recommande.
