Property a bit out of the way . Need to use public transport to get into the city. The positive of this was local restaurants around property with excellent food and very reasonable. The level service was very good, snacks and drinks through out day and then at happy hour more food and free spirtits.

My expectations for Melia were high since we have stayed at Melias a few times before, and because it was very pricey, The front staff were excellent, helpful and very kindvincluding the bell boy was very warm and welcoming, no complains at all about the staff, however the property is horribly maintained, is very outdated, the doors and halls are stainless steel, the doors were just like the doors of a freezer all duty, the furniture extremely old, if you moved the bed the wall was stained, the rooms had white duty curtains all around which I did not understood the concept the halls were so dark and duty, the last set of towels looked like if they were used before, carpet was old

Room was great, clean and comfortable. Minor issue with the plumbing in the shower (bad smell, bad design of the plumbing when the hotel was built I think) but the staff was helpful and understanding. Good hotel and good service despite this inconvenience.
