Nest Flats Granada

Decor was nice. Clean and pretty fresh paint finishes.

The room was very nice, clean and comfortable. There was a welcome basket of goodies for us which was surprising as none of other properties offered anything. The coffee machine and pods were truely luxurious, tasting better than barrister. It’s 5 mins walk to main city area but there are nice restaurants and grocery shops near by if you need them. Very happy with this property.

We had a nightmare self-checkin experience where the machine did not work. No one responded on the main "emergency" line, and after reaching someone on second line, the guy didn't quite believe the machine didn't work. Had to call him multiple times, until fhe fnally stopped picking up the phone. My wife was almost in tears. Someone finally showed up 2 hrs later. It appears that someone didn't reliad the room keys. We didn't get a chance to actually get in the apartment until almost 5hrs later because we had to leave for a Flamenco show which we barely made to, and ate dinner at 12am! Very dissapointing experience. I am giving 2 stars because of the location and decent condition of apartment. If you can't checin during office hours, find a different place.

We had a great stay at Nest Flats! The unit was very clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated. It was located in a convenient area with many great tapas restaurants nearby. The slippers and fruit/snacks were a really nice touch. We would definitely stay at Nest Flats again.

Property was clean and outstanding. Very central location yet quiet . Very spacious. We walked everywhere. Customer service really superb - helped us with visit and Granada details way above and beyond - I highly recommend

Nice property - nice location. The walls are paper thin so bring earplugs- thankfully we did!

My studio room is very comfy, clean, quiet but a bit cold though, I think it's something to do with the heater but, overall it's very nice.

This place was perfect for my family. Having two young kids, who were adjusting to the time difference, having a clean kitchen was great to make meals and snacks there. It was spacious and clean. They recommended a parking lot (with discount) only a 3 minute walk from the hotel. Location was close to everything, yet quiet. The only downside is had the woman from reception not come over when we arrived, the automated system would not have worked for us. Overall, I completely recommend this hotel, and would stay here again!

Awesome customer service + cleanliness + location Do I need to say more? Probably not but let me explain. The lady at reception was super nice (she was from Poland but I forgot her name). Very welcoming, gave us all the feedback on the city and more. The room was very well designed and laid out - aka awesome comfortable beds, super clean and comfy setup. Location was fantastic- 10 min walk to Alhambra, 5 min to Downtown area.

This is my first ever hotels.com review but I felt the need to leave feedback. The hotel was in a great location, very cute room, nice amenities (fridge, washer/dryer). I canceled the third night of the hotel on-time, in accordance with hotels.com cancellation policy but the hotel refused to refund my night. I sent an email through their website and did not hear back. They did respond to my whatsapp messages and continued to refuse to refund. Very frustrating that they refused to refund even though my cancellation was timely. I echo what others said about the automated check in kiosk being difficult to use. Took me longer than I would have liked standing outside in the blazing heat. My room was on the ground floor and every time someone came or went from the front of the hotel it shook the entire room. If you are sensitive to noise I would not stay there.

Very good apartment very clean in a very nice area very close to everything!! The only problem wit this apartment is the check in which is very confusing because they have a machine in the front door For auto check in and the instructions are not clear and the machine asked me for a number that I didn’t have and there’s a number to call in case that people have a problem with the check in and I called but they never answered the phone what a nightmare!!! But everything else was great!!

A fantastic place to stay in Granada! The apartment was recently renovated, so everything is quite clean, quiet, and comfortable. Check-in was a breeze - there is an easy-to-use, automated panel outside of the apartments, so you don't have to wait for someone to come out with a key or check in at a desk. Just make sure you look for an e-mail a couple of days before your stay with a reference code to use it. Wi-fi and a simple breakfast is included, and they change the sheets/towels every 3 days. For us, it was also helpful to have a washing machine (we had been traveling for two weeks before arriving to Granada). Note: our apartment had a few stairs (maybe 5) leading down from the door into the main living space. We didn't mind this, but if you have mobility issues, you may want to make sure to request one that does not have those steps. Other note: their water heater has a smaller capacity than some may be used to, about long enough for a 10-12 minute shower (and about a 15-minute wait for it to heat back up again - they write this in a note). We didn't mind, but if you're into long, hot showers, this may be worth considering. As for sites - it's about an 8-minute walk to Plaza Nueva and a 15-minute walk to La Alhambra (or you can take the nearby minibus up the hill). We loved staying with Nest Flats and would definitely would stay here again!

We loved staying here. There is an automated check in so there is no need to wait for someone to meet you at the apartment. They sent me an email with detailed instructions on how to get to the apartment. The staff were great. We were welcomed with fruit and bread ( which was great!). The apartment is modern clean and spacious. The bed was amazing and the internet was super fast. The location was close to everything important. I will definitely recommend. Thank your for making my stay perfect!
