Palace Gracia Nextdoor

The apartment was in an excellent location and the bed and room was very comfortable. However for having a kitchen they do not provide you with any amenities whatsoever not even oil or salt and pepper. Also they only gave us two toilet paper rolls for two people for three nights. They have a washer and dryer and we also had to buy our own laundry detergent. The first night there we realized the shower head was broken because the nozzle you couldn't pull out. I had to use a scissor to get it in the notch to give me something that I could pull out the nozzle. The second day there the button for the toilet broke. The toilet you could not take off the lid to manually flush or stop the water so we had to turn off the water line to the toilet and call maintainable! They told us in one hour the guy would be there and he didn't come until 3 hours later. Also when the guy came he fixed the button on the toilet but even said the shower nozzle didn't look right.... But why didn't he fix it when we called and also said that was a problem? For an apartment you want the little amenities. They did provide 3 conditioner and 3 bottle wash little bottles but no shampoo very strange. And then the third night we were there there was no hot water whatsoever so we literally had to shower on freezing cold.water. so maybe buy a new water heater if it is running out that quickly? So while it was nice that were also not nice things. Even hotels give you at least one coffee packet come on now.
