Loved our stay here! The staff were very kind and accommodating, our rooms were incredibly clean. The hotel was a close walk to a mall and about a 15 or 20 min walk to the metro station.

Everything was excellent. The room was nice and spacious. It was exactly as described. Breakfast was great. The staff were friendly and helpful. We would recommend this and definitely come back again.

In general, we had a wonderful time at this place!

We arrived about 2am after delays to our flight, I was concerned that reception would be closed, I sent a message to the hotel via Expedia to explain our delays and within 10 minutes I had a reply to say not to worry the hotel reception was 24 hours. The gentleman was lovely, he had everything ready for us and quickly explained where our room was and where breakfast was served and what time. We went to our room which was lovely. Very clean and eco friendly three big windows with amazing views of the mountains. Complimentary coffee and bottled water, hairdryer and clothes steamer in the room. Breakfast was buffet of fresh fruits, fresh bread, cold meats, scrambled eggs, fresh yoghurts, orange juice and coffee. We used the indoor swimming pool which was a pleasant temperature. The outdoor pool looked lovely and inviting in the beautiful gardens and terraced area.A very nice hotel which was easy to get to and a good shopping mall across the road just a two minute walk. Would definitely stay again if in that part of Spain.

The property was nice and clean but the room was very cold , asked the staff twice to help with turning up the temperature in our room and she didn’t . The room also had a very bad sewage smell which I also told the staff member she then replied ‘I can’t do anything about it ‘. Breakfast didn’t have a lot of options. Room was clean and looked lovely the smell and temperature was the only bad thing about it .

Lovely site. the staff were amazing and the price was about the fairest we could find for a memorable trip in Spain. It's not too far from Barcelona (about a 30 minute drive), and Sant Cugat del Valles is a beautiful region to visit

Stay was overall very good. Check-in was a breeze. We were a bit early but they had the room available and gave it to us. Our room was just as expected. It was very clean. Breakfast was good. There was a good variety of different food, Coffee and treats. Staff and breakfast were very diligent cleaning up after everyone who left. The hotel was a 5-7 minute walk to a main shopping mall. Shopping mall had a variety of different stores, including restaurants and every a grocery store. As for the location to get to the city centre for Barcelona, it was far. Over an hour by public transit, having to switch from bus to train to bus. It was about a 25-30 minute drive to the city centre of Barcelona. We used uber to get around because the public transportation was too long of a journey. Also, note- if you are coming from the airport do NOT take a taxi. The taxi scammed us and ended up charging us almost three times what he quoted us. When we told him we were not pleased with this, he told us to get back in the car and he would drive us back to the airport… Nothing to do with the hotel but just a fair warning.
