Decent location, but several areas need improvement The hotel is fine for what it is and sits in a very central location. However, we encountered several issues during our stay: Pool Area: The pool is quite small and lacks enough space for sun loungers for all guests. Layout: The hotel's layout is awkward. While attempts have been made to adapt it for wheelchair and disabled access, it has resulted in a lot of steep, inconvenient slopes. Pool Bar: Service is slow due to understaffing (often only 1 or 2 people working), leading to long queues. There is a self-service option, which is fine if you only want a beer or a soft drink. Cleanliness: Some areas are poorly maintained. The outside eating area was particularly bad, with the awnings covered in black mould and what looked like bird droppings. Noise Levels: It can get incredibly noisy. Guests in a nearby room were blasting music so loud that our walls were shaking and it echoed down the hallway. We complained to reception twice but were told they only intervene after 11:00 PM. I don't expect a library, but having the live versions of Rod Stewart’s "Maggie May" and "The First Cut Is the Deepest" on a non-stop loop during the day was beyond disrespectful. Food: The food was okay and we always found something to eat, but the selection was limited. As someone who stays in all-inclusive hotels or resorts 4–5 times a year (mostly in the Canaries), I’d rank this in the bottom 30% for quality.

Rooms had everything required. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Plenty of options of food within buffet to suit even the pickiest of eaters. Just a shame the restaurant wasn’t open during our stay so unable to review that. A beautiful beach within a short walk. Amenities close by too.

I didnt like the reception staff they are not helpful and poor customer service, i appreciate the restaurant staff they've been working hard, especially Abdel Hakim from Tangiers, was so helpful. As well the bar staff were so great.

Room was very basic but was on my own so was good enough. Was clean and the Aircon worked. Staff were very friendly, especially the cleaners who always had a smile on their faces. Sometimes they could have done with an extra person serving drinks as bar always had a queue. Food was good and had plenty of options each day. Couldn't fault anything. Overall was a good hotel and well worth the money paid
