Sant Joan Apartaments - Adults Only

Honestly the best holiday I’ve been on for years. The Accomodation was affordable, adult friendly with the pool too it was great. I even missed my flight on way out to Menorca so ended up getting a later one which meant I arrived like 6 hours after check in time. So I contacted the property via phone. My Spanish wasn’t great so I didn’t get far but the property’s agent/owner (Sandra) was great she called me back, emailed me and whatsapped me the details to check in out of hours. So honestly I won’t just be coming to Menorca again but I will be booking the same Accomodation. 5 stars ***** I would give 6 if I could!

Arrived late. Apartment basic but clean. We found it lacking in some very basic requirements that have just been overlooked No kettle, couldn’t get the hob or the tv to work. Wasn’t really a problem for us as we were only there for one night. Complex though was very clean and quiet with a lovely pool.

Property was great and Sandra was amazing! she was super caring and very welcoming. She took great care of us. The beach that is about a 5min walk was gorgeous, super happy to have stayed there!

De séjour à minorque au mois de mai, nous avons décidé de posé nos valises à CALA BLANES dans les appartements Sant Joan. Nous étions dans un petit appartement au RDC avec terrasse, cuisine équipée, piscine collective, bar. Arrivés le dimanche, la réception était fermée mais explications claires et code d'entrée données par mail la veille de notre arrivée. Appartement : -propre -calme et bien situé à la cala en blanes. -ciutadella à 5 kms ainsi que d'autres plages mais prévoir moyen de locomotion. - village familial

Just come back from a weekend break at these appartments and much better than I was expecting. Check-In was fine we were a little early had to wait about 20 mins for appartment to be ready but that was fine.Once we got our key to the room the lady on reception took us directly to it and even carried my heavy suitcase up the stairs for me .The appartment was basic but very clean with a small balcony with table and chairs disappointed that there was no kettle though this is a basic kitchen item which in my opinion should be supplied as standard.On a plus the beds were extremely comfortable they are quite clearly new memory foam mattresses and a ceiling fan also in the bedroom which meant an excellent nights sleep.The shower in the bathroom was ok and the water temperature luke warm in summer no real issue.The pool area was clean and plenty of loungers pool itself nice and warm as the sun is on it all day.Location good not too far to walk to shops bars and a nice little beach cove area .My only issue was the reception was closed all day on Sunday and when at the pool this meant to use a toilet you had to go to your room which was a bit of a pain and on check out we were leaving at 8am in the morning and no one was around to leave the key with as reception didn't open until 11 am so had to just leave in the door. All in all we had a good stay and would use the appartments again especially as the beds were so comfy.

Excellent séjour dans cet établissement, localisation proche de Ciutadella, restaurants et magasins à proximité.

Tuvimos varios problemas con la luz y el calentador, por ello nos tuvimos que duchar con agua fría y se nos echó a perder comida de la nevera. También tuvimos que pedir más toallas, porque estaban llenas de manchas. Aunque nos cambiaron de apartamento, ambos eran de calidad cuestionable.

Apartamento comodo y agradable cerca de la ciudad.

Passé une nuit pour décompresser apres le Cami de Cavalls l'endroit est agréable et tres calme, la piscine grande, l'appartement spacieux. Seul reproche: la literie est trés dure et les lits ressemblent plus à des lits d'appoint qu'à un véritable ensemble literie.

Los apartamentos son muy prácticos tienen lo esencial y esta muy limpio. Cerca hay una cala de fácil acceso. Ciutadella está muy cerca y hay tiendas alrededor, un Eroski y una gasolinera. Repetiremos

Fue una estancia de 4 noches muy tranquila a finales de abril 2024. La gerencia se comunicó rápido y amablemente. Recomendable

Pas d’information à l’arrivée. Nous avons appelé les gérants qui nous ont donné un code de la boîte à clés, nous n’apprécions pas cette pratique. Appartement coquet maïs finalement pas si propre qu’il n’y paraît. Par contre, la literie était parfaite.
