柜台小姐姐笑容可掬，除了免费帮我们升级房间外，还亲自带我们上房间，一一讲解设施的使用方式。酒店整体设计无论是大厅到房间都是让人赏心悦目的。一入酒店，淡淡的、让人舒服的香薰味儿。我对香薰向来过敏，不太能接受太重的味道，但这酒店“独有”的味道着实让人舒服。房间新颖，设备一应俱全，从咖啡机到卷发棒都不让你失望。绝对是顾客至上。这酒店绝对能让你睡个好觉，发个美美的梦。因为所有的枕头、被套都是那么地舒适。这酒店会是来巴塞罗那必入住的酒店之一。

Wonderful hotel! Great location. The staff were lovely.. very attentive. The spa was very nice, small but they managed it well so not overcrowded. We will definitely stay there again.

The Seven Barcelona has an excellent location, the breakfast was wonderful, and the hotel itself is very clean and beautiful. However, both my daughters’ room and our room had a problem with the bathroom door — it would not close properly, so it was difficult to feel comfortable using the toilet. The shower area is also in the same space, which made it inconvenient. In addition, the lighting in the room was not practical. It was not possible to turn on just a small light at night. The only option was either all the lights on or completely dark. I enjoy quietly reading at night when I travel, so it was disappointing that there was no suitable bedside or adjustable lighting. Overall, the hotel is lovely, but these issues made the stay less comfortable than expected.
