Wi-Ki-Woo Boutique Hotel

This hotel is so so cute and in a good location. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the property was very photogenic. They have a cafe and bar and are right on the water.

We had a great time ! There were only 2 beds in check in but reception very quickly got another ! Very tentative staff ,lovely big sunbeds . We look Forward to returning x

Staff were pleasant but not actually helpful. Had to ask 4 separate times between 12 noon until 9pm to get extra bedding. Multiple staff said it would be no problem and could be brought right away then never did. Whilst checking in the member of staff answered a call when with us without explanation. Multiple other small examples whereby the staff just seemed to not want to be particularly helpful or efficient. Third bed in rooms is not actually a bed - it’s a camp bed with smaller pillows and a sheet instead of a duvet. Food ok, some dishes better than others (crispy chilli beef very good). Overall would go back for dinner perhaps but would not stay.

Fun Little spot - stayed for one night before going to stay at Ushuaia for another 3 nights - all the hotel staff are Brit’s so no problem speaking English - service is great, spent time by the pool on a day bad with no minimum spend. Restaurants close by and public beach as well.

I love the concept and decor of the hotel and its pool area but just really disappointed with the scruffy room, plugs hanging off, dirty/mouldy grout on shower, grubby walls, broken toiletries so you couldn’t use, only allowed one key between 2 people, no kettle or instructions for reception etc. I know we didn’t have poolside room so wasn’t expecting anything amazing but the view of was awful, the back of their hotel is dirt and wasteland with rubbish, old tvs and broken mopeds chucked on it so don’t expect any nice balcony pics. Service for food and drink was poor and slow with inattentive staff who you had to almost chase around to get service. Had to ask waiter for a glass, ice and a straw for our water by the pool which I thought would’ve been standard especially in 30+ degree heat. They were more concerned with chatting to each other. Reception were nice and helpful though. Bed was comfy and the lift is cool.

Hotel was well positioned on the beach in San Antonio within easy walk of many bars and restaurants. Hotel is very chinzy with is pastel colours. Checkin is frustrating, need passport and credit card, not told this when booking. Also the idea of having fingerprints opening is goo din principal but not sure i want to have these on their database.

The hotel was a pleasant surprise, in that we felt we got a pretty good deal for the low amount we paid. This hotel was cheap, due to the fact the rooms are outdated and hasn't been invested in, although it's just been sold to new owners who are renaming and completely renovating the hotel ready for Summer 2018. The reception/bar staff were great and very friendly/helpful. The rooms were basic but we didn't spend time at the hotel aside from sleeping and breakfast on one day (which was very good, compliments to the chef!). My only gripe was with the maids, who were far too noisy, cackling and shouting to each other, and banging things around at 9-10am in the morning which, being Ibiza, is early! I was wearing ear-plugs too, as the walls were thin, yet they still managed to wake me up on 2 or 3 mornings. The maids are the only reason I didn't give the hotel a higher score as otherwise we really liked the hotel.

Location was fantastic, a bit disappointed by sea view room would have liked to be have been at the front but more of a side on location with sea out to the left.. apartment could have been better supplied - no bottle opener, very few glasses. Really noisy at night but I know this is to be expected in Ibiza. Bits and pieces broken around the apartment but nothing that impacted on my holiday

Clean and reasonably priced with fantastic views. Will be a great spot once renovation work has been completed.

Stayed in a sea room view which was worth the upgrade as watching sunset from balcony was great. Found staff a bit mixed, most avoided any real interaction, not one asked "how are you, how's your holiday, need any tips" etc which felt like a real shame given mostly English. We loved the area, quiet part of San Antonio and you can easily avoid the west end. Cafe Mambo is 15 minute stroll along shore to the left and small but lovely beach Grecio 10 minutes to the right. Kitchenette was sadly unused as no kettle and as cupboards and plates all seemed dirty we avoided using. This is a two star property currently and that's a fair rating for current set up. Don't think I would return or recommend, unless you get a low price for sea view.

A really nice simple hotel with helpful and friendly staff, with a good reasonably priced bar. If you want views of the legendary sunset, but don't want to pay "The Strip" prices, then this is the place for you! Loads of local amenities and a great bar too. If the strip is your thing, it's less than a 10 min walk away along the beach path, but even quicker if you use the roads.
