Breakfast was fab, lobby and dining context very beautifully laid out, good sized bed double twin-king

We have been on a tour of Sweden, staying in hotels of a similar price point or cheaper. The other hotels were immaculate and great facilities, Hyatt Place fell short. Our first room was so vile we went to reception to complain. Stained bare mattresses with no covers, broken tiles in the bathroom, stained walls, stained carpet and the door seal was falling off. We moved rooms but the design is awful. No plug sockets for hair dryer in suitable locations in front of a mirror and poor lighting to the point you need a torch sometimes to see. Will never return.

Great location. Excellent breakfast and amazing staff. Only negative is the access to the hotel is limited to taxis. No access for private cars for drop off or pick up.

The hotel is conveniently located right next to the train station exit. Although its location gives the impression that it might be noisy, it was surprisingly quiet. We booked a suite, and it was much more spacious than we had expected and had 2 bathrooms. It exceeded our expectations and made our stay very comfortable. The hotel also offers a great selection of breakfast items, with plenty of delicious options to choose from, making it a wonderful start to the day. Close to main attractions and city center!!!

A great place to stay and easy to get around. It was clean, comfy and breakfast was great. Just Wasn’t a fan of the vestibule window but honestly didn’t really bother us as we were out and about so much. It kind of made it cozy!

We enjoyed our stay at Hyatt Place Gothenburg Central. The hotel was extremely convenient, located directly at the train station where we arrived from Stockholm. After a long day of travel, we especially appreciated the very short walk from the train to the hotel. Although we arrived late in the evening, there were still a few nearby places open where we could purchase snacks before checking in. The check-in process was seamless, and our room was clean, quiet, and well maintained. We also appreciated being able to take the elevator directly to the train station level, where there were shops and restaurants. The location made transportation very easy, and Uber drivers were familiar with the hotel pickup area. The only drawback was the size and temperature of the room. We had booked accommodations for three people with an additional bed, which made the space feel quite tight. The room also became warm at night, the windows could not be opened, and we were unable to control the air conditioning. Overall, the excellent location, cleanliness, quiet atmosphere, and easy access to transportation made this a very convenient place to stay in Gothenburg.

The room was clean and quiet, and the location- literally attached to the train station- made it perfect for a one night stay between train trips. The breakfast buffet was so luxurious and special. And the bag storage room was very helpful, since we arrived early and had to check out before our train trip. The staff was very lovely and let us hang out in the lobby and use the lobby bathroom before our train.

Great location, friendly staff, convenient but expensive parking. Breakfast was great but incredibly unorganized and chaotic. Could hear doors being slammed in the hallway all throughout the day and night but otherwise not much noise from the train station

Our stay at the Hyatt Place Gothenburg Central was very pleasant. The female receptionist at check-in was excellent, providing plenty of helpful local recommendations. ​The room was comfortable, and both the bed and pillows ensured a good night's sleep. The breakfast buffet was also a highlight, offering a really good selection with plenty of choice. ​A clean, efficient hotel with great service. We would certainly stay here again.

The picture and the reality is completely different our room is dirty under the bed soffa is filthy fregratour is not working they came fixed but not cooling very disappointing not recommend to any body

Was central to most sites. Great breakfast.

This hotel is located in the train station, making it convenient. You must exit the station and enter the hotel from the outside entrance. The building has a glass like surrounding making temperature incredibly hot or cold depending on the temperature outside, not ideal.
