This is the second time that I have stayed here and the breakfast which is included in the room rate sets you up for the day. My room was a little bit bigger than the one I stayed in last year. I again paid extra for my own bathroom. There is a supermarket just across the road and you also have the use of the communal kitchen. It is in a great location and walkable to the busy shopping area which is only two streets away. If you want to get down to Gamla Stan (Old Town) just turn left when you come out of the hotel and go straight up the steps which will also give you a great view of the harbour and continue down which took only 15 minutes and you are there. This time I booked myself on a two hour boat trip in to the Archipelago which is a guided tour and I booked it with Lovely Cruises which also own the Red Bus Sightseeing double decker. The price was £28 which I thought was a reasonable price. I would stay here again the next time I get to visit Stockholm.

Jag kom på kvällen när receptionen var obemannad, men det var lätt att enligt instruktion via SMS ta dig in och få tillgång till nyckel och rummet. Hade haft tillmötesgående kontakt via telefon innan. Överraskande positivt intryck av rummet som visserligen var utan fönster men som med en nisch i väggen med utomhusmotiv och med dolda lysrör insatta gjorde ett gott intryck av ett simulerat fönster. Rent och fräsch på rummet. Den enda anmärkning jag har var att papperskorgarna i tvättrummet var överfulla, men annars rent. Fantastisk frukostbuffe för det billiga priset. Saknade inget och gick proppmätt därifrån. Betalade 450 kr för en natt och då ingick lakan och handdukar. Lugnt och tyst på natten trots fredagkväll. Rekommenderas!

We had a great stay overall. The room and bathroom was spacious, bed was larger than other hotels and bathroom as well, we also had a mini fridge in our room. You have access to a kitchen during your stay, kitchen is well equipped and has lots of storage for food. Breakfast was included as well which was a great bonus for us. The hotel is close to the metro and buses, supermarkets, bars, etc. Also the hotel is a short walk from Stockholm old town. Definitely recommend the hostel.

Good hostel near to shops bars and restaurants and about 20 minutes walk to old town Gamla Stan. Buffet breakfast was great and kitchen was clean & tidy. Single room was small with no window but bed was comfortable and had a small fridge. Wi-Fi was intermittent and had to sit in reception to get a good signal. On the whole I enjoyed my stay and it was good value for money.

Litet rum utan fönster med ok sängar och fräscha sängkläder. Bra med kyl på rummet. Litet utrymme för dusch och toaletter i slutet på korridoren. Något fel på duschblandaren som gav antingen skållhett eller iskallt vatten. Trevlig frukostbuffé.

Boendet ligger på underbara Södermalm och mysiga Mosebacke. Läget 10 av 10. Gratis frukost och en prisbild som är högst rimlig. Så långt jättenöjda!! I övrigt så är det mesta att önska. Hotellet gav ett ofräscht intryck, små rum, 0 känsla för inredning, inget städ mellan dag 1 och 2, när du åt frukost kändes det stimmigt, stressat och att satt du på den övermöblerade övervåningen så satt du nästintill i köket, personalen gjorde vad de kunde men kändes stressade och för få till antalet. Det var också viss språkförbristning på sina håll. Gemensamma dusch och toaletterna gav ett smutsigt intryck, det hade behövts se efter mer men gissar att man var kort om folk. På rummet var det par pappersmuggar och en rulle toalettpapper. Teven minsta jag sett med dåligt ljud, stod uppe på en möbel och svår att se från sängen. Ändå "nöjd" då andra boenden låg på det dubbla priset och Stockholm som stad bjöd verkligen upp! 5-6 av 10 i betyg.

Man får det man betalar för. Billigt och allt höll låg standard. Rummet var litet, instängt och utan möjlighet till vädring. Hårda sängar med en enda minimal kudde. Hår i duschbrunnen. Frukosten var inte bra. Endast vitt bröd och sockrig yoghurt. Fanns kokt ägg och lite grönsaker ska sägas till plussidan. Automatkaffe av låg kvalitet. Kostade 1400 för två vuxna och ett barn + 300 för parkering. Bra att det fanns parkering. Tveksamt om det trots priset var värt pengarna.

Cheap and quite worn hostel in Stockholm. The breakfast and checkin were good and easy. The room and bathrooms were very worn, unclean and poorly maintained. The bathroom tiles were dirty and the shower curtains were too small. One of the beds was actually broken and had been poorly repaired with tape so it was lopsided.

Always a nice time at Mosebacke Hostel. The room has all you need - I would’ve perhaps hoped for a slightly more detailed cleaning, the floor was a little dirty and there were some stains and splashes around the furniture. Also the bed headboard did smell funky. Otherwise - tv in the room is a massive plus; felt safe and staff was friendly and professional. Everything worked in the room and sheets were fresh. Many thanks.

Skönt att det inte var så stort. Nära till frukosten och alldeles lagom frukostbuffe. Äntligen ett ställe med riktigt varmt vatten i duschen. Nära till tunnelbanan och mycket uteställen i närheten. Snyggt och rent.

Fick komma in tidigare. Trevligt bemötande. Plus för kyl på rummet o egen toalett. Plus för att man kan laga sin egen mat. Lite lyhört men det var lugnt på boendet. Lite för svalt på rummet för min smak. Frukosten serverades mellan 7-8 stod det, hade varit bättre om d fanns till 9. Annars trevligt boende och nära till allt.
