Location can’t be beat! Everything was within a quick walk! Our room was lovely. Staff was great as well! Only downside were the elevators - didn’t seem to work as efficiently as we’d expect. We would stay here again - even with the walk up and down to the 6th floor where our room was.

Fantastic location very slow on check in but I was tired having just travelled for 35 hours then had to wait until 5:30 pm for room to be ready. Hence I was a little upset.

Decent hotel but paper thin walls and excessive eco friendly steps which are wholly unnecessary.
The hotel also allow pets so not only can you hear movements next door and above but you also hear dogs barking.

i was not used to such small rooms, but i guess this is the norm in Sweden. The room was tiny with no room to turn around when in the room with my wife. and just a small shelf for my clothes. Nevertheless, the room was comfortable and clean and in the heart o the city so close to everything including the trams, parks, canals and tourist boats. Breakfast was included and was generous and great. We had room near street which was very noisy on Friday night untiil 2:30 AM..

For an American the rooms are a little different than I am use to. A shower on a tile floor in the bathroom and narrow beds but nothing to complain about. The breakfast and staff were excellent.

Convenient location. Hotel itself seems a bit old. Room was clean upon arrival, but as we would request cleaning, the sheets were never changed under our 8 days stay and the cleaner forgot her cleaning rags in the room more than once. The room itself is not designed with comfort in mind and decor is outdated for a hotel splat middle of Gothenburg. Breakfast was not bad, but always the same. All and all I would give this place a 7 out of 10.
