Great location. Balcony view fabulous. Reception staff very very friendly and helpful. Room was clean, comfortable and there were spectacular views from the balcony. Surprised there were no tea/coffee facilities in the room. Breakfast options very limited - not even a toaster on offer.

The hotel is perfectly located at the center of the village. they provide pick up service from the main train station. the staff at reception and the dining room was extremely helpful and kind. The only point I would suggest to improve is the cold water at the swimming pool.

We had a great stay - staff were professional and friendly and the rooms were clean and airy. Breakfast was excellent and the hotel provided tea in the lobby at the end of a hard day’s skiing. Lots of atmosphere - great for families.

It was a 10-minute walk (with luggage) from the train station. Room was nice and clean. No aircondition. But I opened the window as it was cool in the evening. Nice indoor pool. Receptionists were friendly and helpful. The wifi signal in the room was very bad (nonexistent). But it worked well at the lobby.

Rooms are clean and spacious, standard ski room is available. There is an indoor pool and 2 small saunas as well as a solarium for relaxing. Right next to the Main Street with lots of shopping, food, etc. 10 min walk to the train station or Jakobshorn (probably a little to far to walk with skis). Good public transportation options available.

The room faced across a narrow street, straight into another building. There was music thumping all night. The staff was friendly and helpful. The pool and spa were good, if you don't mind naked men washing their bits in doorless showers. The beds were hard and mean. Not what you need after a day of skiing. The room decor was plain and very dated. I won't be back.

Cable trains station is close to the station, making it very convenient for skiers. Breakfast is delicious as well. But Internet is expensive (30min=5CHF~), so not suitable for business, maybe.

A typical 1960's decor Swiss Regional hotel - rooms simple , clean, if a little basic. A nice warmbasement pool and sauna to ease the aches of a day on the slopes. Generally good location just off the main street , if you arrive by train phone for the hotel bus to collect you , the taxi option , although not far, might dent your holiday money ! Service reasonable if a little forgetful - rasonable value in a resort thats isn't particularily good value.
