Great stay in a very nice hotel. The staff were very welcoming and helpful so would definitely stay here again. The lake is around 25 mins so easy to walk to and from the help to help walk off any fondue consumed. The number 5 bus stop is around 15 mins away and it's easy to get to the hotel from there.

What stood out most of all to me was how all the associates were so nice, welcoming and very hospitable. The hotel is very nice, clean and very well located, away from the hustle and bustle of the city center, yet close to any attractive location. I love to walk so I walk to everywhere but if you don’t, one thing that also surprised me is that the city has a program which hotels give a voucher to every visitor which allows you to use the public transportation for free within the city of Geneva during your whole stay. The only negative of the hotel to me was the breakfast. It cost 19.50 Swiss Franc, about $25 which is not bad but there’s not much to offer, the selection of food is very minimal making this price a little bit hefty. I highly recommend this hotel to any kind of traveller: solo, like me, family or group.

Spacious, clean room with large en-suite shower room, although not too keen on the frosted glass wall through to the bedroom! Firm bed and pillows. Staff were friendly and efficient. Good situation for our visit to Plainpalais and the city centre.

One of the staff was rude and very reluctant to show the services, with attitude. She seemed to be racist and she also gossiped to the manager and I witnessed that.
The others were fine, but the particular one ruined the whole stay and I won't come back to this hotel because of that lady. The gym was not in the hotel, but you have to go to another place, no direction, and the photos are deceptive. No mini bar or refrigerator, towels seem worn out, and the breakfast was not good
