What Guests Say About Their Stay

We had a suite in the top floor. Our son flew in from California to summit Mont Blanc with my husband, so this location was perfect in every way, with great views of the mountains—a treat we wanted for our son to celebrate his 30th Birthday. I liked the layout of the loft—we actually are going back there for two more nights when they descent Mont Blanc (meanwhile I took a side trip to Annecy). We all liked the exposed wood beams in the room and other alpine accents. The lady at the front desk was always so nice and pleasant. They have parking in a small driveway next to the hotel for 6 cars, so if it’s full when you arrive, there’s a public lot close by and you can do some shuffling later when other guests check out. We had our mind set on going to a certain restaurant the first night, but were pretty tired so went directly downstairs to the pizzeria, and it was fantastic! We took breakfast at the hotel while we were there—convenient and satisfying. One of the breakfast rooms overlooks the Arve River (it’s RIGHT there), which is lovely. The hotel is so convenient to shopping, restaurants, activities...a winner for us. We did not use the sauna/hamman, which is in the basement.

I stayed here for 1 night on business and was located in the annex building and my room turned out to be surprisingly large including the bathroom. I did not stay long enough to evaluate more of the amenities but I will definitely stay here whenever I am in the area.

This was incredibly unfortunate - there are no more than 1 staff available at a time for the entire day - imagine the same person as reception, as well as the bar, as well as dining, sometimes nobody at all! The carpeting of the property is old and dirty, my feet were black every evening The rooms do not have proper ventilation, despite "having an AC" - we complained 3 times, yet nothing was done to fix it We found old dental floss in the bathroom, even after complaining, nobody cleaned. This is the icing on the cake - our toiletries were diluted, there was literally water added to the body wash and shampoo - you cannot get cheaper Would not recommend this place, and do not think it deserves to be called a 4-star.

This is a great business hotel. I have used it a number of times and believe it is the best business hotel in the area. Location is not the best, but hotel is fantastic. As long as you have a car, it is great. However, on my recent stay, my Chanel aftershave was stolen from my room. Of course, I don't know who did it, but I did complain to the hotel management. I was pretty disappointed with how they managed it. I received no word, no apology and no compensation for it whatsoever. This is very disappointing. I'll stay at this hotel again, but will lock away all things of interest.

We had a great stay and were very happy we chose this hotel. We wanted to visit nearby Lausanne, but we got much better value in Morges - a nicer hotel for less money. It was just a short walk to some charming shops and restaurants and we were across the street from the lake. The bed was excellent and the room seemed exceptionally clean. The swimming pool was tiny but still a great feature to have and my baby enjoyed having a splash with us. Speaking of baby, the room was not carpeted and was quite large, which was very good for baby to crawl and toddle around. There is also a small private park on the hotel grounds. We would stay here again.
