Charming hotel located next to the Interlaken West train station. Very friendly staff. Lent us umbrellas when it rained the one day of our two week trip. Most rooms don't have A/C, because it's Switzerland. This spring was (I think) the hottest on record, so hotels may need to revisit the no-AC thing as global warming takes over. But still a great hotel with a very nice breakfast.

Great location, right across the street from one of the main train stations in town. Right on the main street, so it was close to restaurants and a large park in town. Clean, comfortable room. Helpful hotel staff. Great stay!

Just opposite to the Interlaken west train station and close to all other amenities. We booked superior quadruple room with mountain View. The Jungfraujoch view from the balcony was amazing. Very good selection of breakfast. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The hotel is very convenient to transportation, the staff are super helpful and the daily breakfast is very good with lots of choices.
The hotel is a little dated and linens and mattress need improvement. Other that I would recommend this hotel when in interlaken.

The air conditioning and the shower was really good. The breakfast was not so good. Hotdog pieces instead of real sausage. Eggs did not look very appealing. I just think the breakfast could be a lot better considering the price of the room.

Very warm welcome from the staff. Detailed and clear information provided at check-in. Clean room with mini fridge, water heater, and coffee/tea supplies. Lots of option at breakfast buffet including types of coffee, juices, jellies, cold cuts, cereals, bread, etc. Coffee, tea, hot water and drinking water provided 24,hours in the lobby.

Rooms were extremely clean and comfy. Front desk staff was really nice welcoming and helpful. They provided us good information about surrondings. Breakfast was fresh and feeling. Lot of eating options near by.
We stayed 2 nights. The location is great. Very close to Interlaken west train station. There were plenty of buses to go to Interlaken Ost train staion.

Clean room, good size, great views (we were on the 3rd floor). Breakfast was very good, fresh food. Hotel was in a Great location, just a 2 min walk from Interlaken OST station (bus and trains), grocery, Mc Donald’s, restaurants, pharmacies all close by. Staff was very helpful.
