The staff at the Hotel Conrad were extremely welcoming and friendly. The check-in process was quick and efficient. We enjoyed breakfast each day and the nearby mineral bath. We would definitely recommend and stay here again on a future trip.

We thought we had a room but they upgraded us to an apartment. Then they gave us a card for all transportation, including bus, ski lift, admission to museums. The manager, Duri, was kind, even gave us a ride to town. The breakfast was fantastic, lots of choices. Love the location in the old section of Scuol with the decorated houses dating back centuries.

Very accommodating we had to be up for a cycle early so needed breakfast at 5.30 which was no problem, they showed us where everything was & had it all laid out for us to help ourselves
