The room #221 was spacious with a balcony overlooking a small square. Location was very easy to walk to the train station and all the old town sites. We stored luggage for a few hours because we arrived early. When we returned they had our luggage placed in our room which was a nice surprise.

A very unique, older hotel in Pisa with an amazing location right near the train station. The convenience was absolutely wonderful for getting around the area. We did not speak much Italian, however the staff was extremely accommodating, friendly, and welcoming throughout our stay. They also gave us a fantastic recommendation for dinner that evening, which was conveniently close to the hotel. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Location & staff excellent. Room very comfortable and great views of mountains but unfortunately not quiet enough due to poor soundproofing and very squeaky floorboards. Breakfast good and bottle of endless bubbles a great bonus 👍

The cleaning staff at this hotel did a good job. The room and bathroom were small but accessible. The location was very convenient, and the reception staff was friendly. The breakfast service staffs were friendly, but the selection wasn't very extensive.

I loved that they had tea, coffee and lemon water in the lobby for free. We arrived early, so they stored our luggage and had it available in the room for us when we came back to check in. Staff was very nice and friendly. Location was excellent!

Fantastic location within walking distance of the Lion Monument and the Old Town. Even though it’s an established hotel, the rooms feel modern, large, and very clean. We loved the Swiss-style breakfast, especially the variety of cheeses and fresh bread (plus gluten-free options if you ask!). The staff was super helpful, and the stay was absolutely worth the price.

Great location, great room and view, nice continental breakfast! Thermostat was being installed so room got a little warm, but full length window opens to the outside and they put a fan in each room

This was the only hotel in Switzerland that actually had both modern cell phone jacks so no adapters were necessary. That’s really quite helpful when you’re traveling.

The room was fairly clean with the exception of a bathroom that had moldy tile snd needed updating. It was very spacious though. The rooms were not air-conditioned which I didn’t realize when I booked it, but there was a nice breeze and you could open the door to the balcony. The staff made it all worthwhile with their helpful tips and answered all of our questions. The location is very convenient to the river, transportation stations, and restaurants. We did not make use of the breakfast because it was quite pricey with limited choices. But we would stay there again and recommend it to others. Good space for the price!

Breakfast had good selection of breads. Really liked the fresh pineapple and blueberries too. Could use more hooks in room and bathroom to hang towels and clothing. Our room had a cool night light with 4 usb chargers that we plugged our cords into. Enjoyed the coffee and water in the lobby.
