Nice hotel, conveniently located close to the main street and shuttle bus stops. The room was newly renovated, very clean, comfy bed. The owners are on the top of all operations and everything runs smoothly with the excellent customer service. I'd highly recommend it for the potential guests.

Very good condition but bit far from the station but don’t worry hotel pick you up and drop off for check in and out. I booked small room. Room small but very good condition with balcony. Mountain view (Matterhorn)

We were picked up very quickly by staff at the train station and given lots of pertinent information. Zermatt is a beautiful tourist town and Hotel Jagerhof was a lovely representation of a modern hotel. I would highly recommend!
