Location was fantastic, connected to the Song Shan train station which is a major hub with both mrt and local trains. Above the train station is a mall. Less than 10mins walk away is the Raohe Night Market. View was amazing as lobby is on the 17 floor and full wall to ceiling windows allow you to see far and beyond. Mountains and the 101 can also be seen from there. Aesthetics were wonderful. Staff were friendly and accommodating. There's a room for topping up drinking water, and it is where you can also get laundry done, though the space in that room was super tight. Still can't complain, it is free amenities after all. I believe there's a gym as well...though I didn't have time to check it out. We had the 101 view King room. Bed was incredibly comfortable. Room was spacious, comes with Nespresso machine and bluetooth speaker to connect your own music. Only disappointment was that it does not have a bidet like most of the other hotels we had stayed in in Taipei. They gave out free thong slippers which you can take home, but if I had one suggestion, it would be to give umbrellas as it rains or becomes really sunny all the time. 😆 A wonderful stay all in all, ticking all the boxes. Highly recommend.

Very convenient location. Has skybridge linking hotel to Songshan station. Daily cleaning of room if paste the ‘cleaning magnet’. Toiletries are fragrant. View is top-notch.

Staff was amazing, cleaned the room as if they were my mother. Clothes folded, dangling charging cables tidied up, shoes and slippers all arranged neatly. Even my teeth retainers I left in the cup with cleaning solution, they covered with a napkin. Laundry machine conveniently available, and room was very clean and bright

Restaurant is VERY expensive and set menu. We opted to walk to night market and eat. And it’s so close to night market! The gym is very small with no window. And did not have towels or water. This was the disappointment of the hotel. Breakfast was great with lots of choice. Rooms were very nice. Hotel modern and clean.

Great location. Very clean. Appreciated the free laundry machines. The only downside was the breakfast. Quality a bit lower than I would expect or have experienced at other hotels if same level. But otherwise would definitely stay again!

Conveniently located - connected to the Songshan MRT station. Lots of shopping and restaurants nearby and very close to the Raohe Night Market. Breakfast was delicious. Daily housekeeping/bottles of water was much appreciated. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful.
