Good service from ms chen, she assist my family to make all sort of arrangement during our stay, including the trip to the lushan hot spring. The breakfast is simple and enjoyable, and the dinner is great. Would recommend to go for the steak. 2 bad point will be uneven steps to the room which is bad for eldery or travel heavily. And the queaking sound from the bed when i was turning around as it is still an old place

The staff was great and very nice and kind to us! The room itself had everything we needed but it is an old building where sounds in other rooms can easily be heard and the plumbing seems like it needs updating. That being said I quite enjoyed my stay especially for the price!

The stay was relatively comfortable, the meals (Supper and Breakfast) are quite up to the standard, just that there were ants in the room in some places of the room which is quite obvious and the bathtub after bathing you can the ants crawling from one corner to the other. Furthermore, there is no lift and only levels of staircase. Do consider if you have heavy luggage. Overall, will still recommend to experience the stay.

The room was smaller than expected and has the vintage cottage feel. The service is good however there are no elevator for heavy luggages and you have to climb up the ladders to your rooms. I would not recommend for folks travelling with old folks or people with mobility difficulties The hotel serves good breakfast and dinner. Value for money.
