We stayed there for 2 nights and it was a pleasant surprise. Location is convenient with walking distance to restaurants etc. Room is clean and comfy. Firmness of bed and pillows was perfect for us. Staff was friendly and helpful. We didn’t use other amenities so can’t comment on that. Only thing is there’s no where to park to drop off/pick up.

I stayed at Cham Cham for 8 nights. The hotel is very new and clean. I stayed in explore twin room by myself. It is big enough. It is a bit far from Taipei, so if you need naps or rest in mid day while visit Taipei, Cham Cham location is not ideal for that. The review for the staff is mixed. The cleaning crew was very thorough and friendly. However, the front desk staff was not very friendly. They were not mean, but didn't really care for saying Hi to the guests. They didn’t smile at all nor care for any questions I had for them. As a traveler, naturally I have some questions, they were not helpful and not friendly. No smile at all. They all seemed like college-aged students who treated this job like another part-time job versus a job in the hospitality service business. This is very different from other hotels I stayed in in Taiwan.
