It's in a good location. Close to Nanjing Sanmin station. The cleaning staff changed towels daily and gave the bathroom a quick clean. The lobby staff were super helpful and friendly. The only thing is they don't have a shuttle service, but are very happy to arrange transport for you

Friendly staff, clean and well kept property. Love the Sky Garden! They have made recent improvements so it's an even nicer place to relax and take in the view of the mountains.

Very nice hotel. They provide soda, tea, and snacks in the room every day and the rooftop Sky Garden is a nice place to hang out (they have recently renovated it). Staff are friendly and there is always someone who can speak English which helps as a foreigner. I stay here every time I come to Taipei which is about once per year.

The hotel staff were helpful and responded to most requests quickly. The rooms were clean and the massage chair in the Executive Suite was a god-send! It relieved our tired legs and back from all the walking. The beds were comfortable. The hot and cold water dispenser just outside the rooms were so useful and convenient. There are coffee machines in both the twin and Executive Suite. The hotel is 7 mins from Nanjin Sanmin station and there are many food options around hotel. Breakfast is a bento set which is nice. Can forget about doing laundry though as the washing machines on the roof top did not look maintained.

Design of the room was modern and well done but the upper corners of the bathroom was crusted with dirt from not being cleaned in a long time. Though replaced upon my request, the handle to the shower door was missing. The carpet appeared old and in need of being replaced. The air conditioning was not good at all and the air quality in the room was not only poor but carry a very bad smell which, in turn made my wife nauseous with headaches. The staff was very friendly and responsive.

This hotel surpassed my expectations. Although it is an older hotel with older furniture my room was spacious and well designed. I really enjoyed it. I also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast in the mornings. The staff was very polite and helpful. My only complaint is the size of the ironing board. The size was so small that it should only be used for the clothes of a baby. Aside from that, everything was great. I would definitely choose this hotel again.
