Very nice room in a great location. MTR just up the road. The breakfast was very good - there were Western and Eastern options to choose from. There is no bar or evening restaurant, but that didn't matter. A 7-Eleven is right next door for drinks and we always ate out. Overall, highly recommended.

Some construction work was happening on a building nextdoor (which a message from the Hotel prior to arrival warned us about) but only around mid-day and did not detract from the experience at all. Very pleasant stay, great location for getting around the city. :)

Overall a clean, nice hotel. Easy to find, convenient for a number of businesses. Only major limitation is the breakfast. It's fine overall, just limited, with the same stuff each day, with limited variety. Only other concern for me is that there is only one English speaking channel on the TV, CNN.

It was ok, the staff had to call me twice in 3 minutes to hurry me to check out. It was 11:59 and I was out by 12:01, I'm checking out of a hotel, not heading off to a meeting. Really don't appreciate the way the handle such a minor issue (IF THIS IS ONE). Never experienced this in any other hotels.

Great hotel, will stay again. Feels clean and new. Possesses all amenities in room (hairdryer, ironing board, bidet, etc) which isn't always the case in Asia. Centrally located with a bevy of dining possibilities within walking distance. Literally next door to my local office. That said, tourists will appreciate the Metro stop immediately in front of the hotel or the bus stop around the corner. Note: Room size can vary. First stay was a "suite". Second stay was much more cozy.
