牆壁還是薄的，聽的到隔壁房間聲音，服務人員態度很好，只是通知訊息偏晚，當天近中午才收到訊息，而資訊又太多，備品是要付費也是當天訊息才知道，連要自己準備都太晚⋯
入住登記在高樓層再下樓入住，而進入大樓指示在右側搭電梯，但事實是左側上樓才能辦理入住跟進房。
附近是鬧區，訂房時說是景觀房，但事實並不是🌚周邊很好找吃的，也是服務人員給的資訊👍

Not a good hotel… but considerably low cost than any other alternatives within the area. Reception is limited hours and disorganised and untidy. Located on the 14th floor despite all the rooms being located on 2nd. The hotel is located inside a run down old building.
Bathroom had a lot of black mould and the tiling was falling off. The window blinds were broken so couldn’t open and let natural light. The bedding was clean and comfortable.

Except the Internet that was totally bad in my room, but efficient in the "common room" I have not much to say about this place. Though, it may called itself an Hotel, it is more a kind of a "room availability with some common services like [internet] kitchen and relax section. Basically, it is a located sector inside a high building with room to lease. Though, it was comfortable, clean within a wonderful area for shopping and food (beside a Night Market). No real front desk, communication through WhatsApp, No specific service. Depend on what you are looking for. BTW the subway is 5 minutes walk.

This joint is one step above a love hotel. Wait a minute - it's basically a love hotel. Checked in after 10:00 PM, therefore, no one at the front desk. Key to my room was in a mailbox in the lobby. TV didn't work. No one to call about it. Tried to check out at 8:00 AM. Once again, no one at front desk. Dropped the room key in a box on the desk. Ran into the clerk on the way out. He was coming back from a coffee break. Dismal atmosphere. Breakfast? Didn't bother. This joint has no business on Hotels.com

On my first day trying to check in, there was noone manning the front desk. I had to call them on their hotline and tell them I need someone at the front desk. Otherwise, the staff are all very kind and they're eager to please.
The dining hall was dark and depressing. The tablecloth had stains on them. I was one of the first ones there for breakfast, so I think the stain isn't fresh.
The room where I stayed doesn't feel secure. The bed was a little dirty. There were no partitions in the bathroom so the water just scattered all over the bathroom floor.
Location wise, it's good. Very near the key places in the city.

Very friendly for all the staff and they provide all the services efficiently and proactively. The only improvement is to provide more space for hanger. We are staying in a 4 people’s room and no space to put the hanger.

市政府駅から徒歩5分程度であり、利便性が高いが、少し分かりづらかった。一度覚えてしまえば問題はない。
シャワーとトイレが同室の上、シャワーに仕切りがないためトイレも濡れてしまうことは日本人的には若干抵抗があるが、そんなもんだろうと割り切ってしまえば問題ない。

入住的房間有異味，入住4天，沒有人清潔房間，即使已對前台叫了2天，仍沒有安排清潔，連垃圾桶也不清理。
4天毛巾沒有更換，亦只提供1包紙巾在廁所，1包紙巾在床。
隔音設備極差，早上7:00已被其他住客吵醒。
水壓很低，沖涼熱水調較到最大，也只是出暖水。
房內擺設很污穢，塵也佈滿枱底，床單也不清潔，十分明顯沒有人清潔 及 收拾房間。

大致環境整潔很OK.
有問題工作人員也會馬上處理,很有效率.
但下午三點check in的部分,希望能準時交房.
人到了卻不能馬上入住有點傻眼
另有一間三人房插座全都沒電,並未告知有另外拉了延長線,
不明所已的我們就把延長線拿掉了,導致整晚該房朋友都無電可用~
這是比較需要注意的地方.
明年若有機會還是會過去住宿,謝謝你們~
