So glad we stayed at this hotel. 10min walk to Taipei station, the bathroom was amazing and the bed was super comfortable. It had plenty of room.

The room was filthy when we checked in. It needs a thorough intense cleaning. Dust everywhere and the carpets need cleaning.

Good location for public transport, within 10-15 min walk to Taipei Main station / MRT stations / bus stops. Complimentary water/tea/coffee/soft drinks in mini fridge each day (we did ask for cleaning each day while we stayed there). Electric curtains (there's a remote control for you to use). Jacuzzi bathtub. Showerhead had good water pressure. Japanese style electric toilet. Bathroom sink had a tap/faucet with flawed design - it was constantly leaking whenever we turned it on to use, had to use towels to stop it from leaking onto the floor. Carpeted floors and you could tell it was not very clean, slippers kept picking up hairs and dirt/dust. You could also see dust everywhere but it could be from the air-conditioning? (not really sure). The actual room space was smaller than expected (there were barely any space left for walking when we had both our luggages open) but the bathroom is quite big compared to other hotels we've stayed at. Bed is huge, my partner could barely reach me on the other end haha 😂 Lighting wasn't exactly great for putting on make up, I guess it's going for the dark/dim vibes. TV had surround sound so that was good 👍 (5 speakers), also thought it was a mirror on the wall next to the bathtub until we saw a red dot light / the switch on the other wall to realise it was a TV what a surprise. Reception staff was very helpful when we enquired about their laundry service/the closest coined launderettes. Check in and check out process was easy.

Rooms were clean and had all necessities, room service was great, staff was friendly and attentive and responded to all requests promptly. Only disappointment was that, despite the posting on Expedia, there are no onsite laundry facilities. They offer a laundry "service" that only covers a limited number of undergarments. So we had to go to a laundromat to wash our clothes.

Room was Spacious and Clean. With tons of Amenities like surround speakers, Subwoofer, Ergonomic Chair, and TV in the bathroom. Staff was friendly and there are full of food, bar. And entertainment places right around the hotel. I will definitely stay again

The room was clean. Love the bathtub and how you can watch tv while taking a bath. The staff at the front desk is very friendly and helpful.

The hotel is in a convenient location, close to the MTR, and mostly walkable to a lot of eateries.

Room was very spacious and clean. Bed was very comfortable and all that you needed was available. Shower was hot and powerful. However breakfast choice was limited and feel it let the hotel down. Fresh fruit and yogurt would have been nice, more cheeses and cold meats.

The hotel was a highlight of our Taiwan trip. The helpful staff, clean and well-maintained rooms, and zero water leak issue in the bathroom made our stay comfortable. The washer/dryer was a great convenience, especially in the hot climate of Taipei. The hotel’s location in a bustling area with nearby convenience stores and restaurants was convenient, though the subway stations were a 10-15 minute walk away. The glass wall of the bathroom was a minor downside. Overall, it’s a great hotel to stay in.

Very walkable area. Fitness room is too small and can only fit 1 person at a time.

This hotel definitely exceeded my expectations. While some of the amenities feel a bit dated, this hotel shines through its friendly staff and cleanliness. My room also had an amazing view of the city and whirlpool bathtub. Highly recommend!
