Bad interaction with management and staff. The property would not reply with any communication in adjustment to canceled flight due to bad weather. Poor business model. So when I showed up to check in, i basically got the "too bad" attitude.

Had a great stay at Adelphi Suites Bangkok. The location is excellent, with the BTS and plenty of restaurants and shops just a short walk away. The room was very spacious and comfortable, which made the stay even better. Overall, it’s a great option for a short trip to Bangkok — convenient, comfortable, and well located. Would definitely stay here again.

I always stay at Adelphi, no question. The shower was broken, but not the overhead. I wound up getting sprayed in the face a few times. Having the washing machine in the room makes packing light a non-issue. Everything is within walking distance. The staff is always great. I wasn't thrilled that they held me up upon checkout to check the room before I left - I have stayed there three times, this was a first- but I respect the property, so it was a non-issue. The staff is wonderful, the location is great, I have no plans to stay anywhere else while in Bangkok.
