The hotel room is okay. Staff very friendly, responsive, and very good service. Free welcome drinks, snacks in room, and bubble bath. Provided with beach mat and slippers. The water park is full of fun. Even kids club are quite big. Swimming pool and poolside bar is good. Breakfast is nice. Very convenient location with night market/pub/7-11 nearby.

The accommodation is not far from the beach. near Wang Sai restaurant There is a convenience store not far from the hotel. Away from Ao Nang beach about 1 km. There are not many parking spaces. Good service staff, lovely. There is a mini bar in the room to eat for free. welcome drink A hundred breakfast is recommended.

Nice size rooms, bathrooms, and balcony. The room has a beach bag and sandals and umbrella for you to use as needed. Air conditioning worked great. Everything was clean. Room cleaned daily. Bed was okay, bedding also okay. Great location. They advertise they provide an airport shuttle. They do not. They advise you to book it with a travel company. Breakfast is very expensive, and skippable. Nice pool and kids area. Not too loud unless your neighbors are. overall good stay, but will probably try another hotel/resort next time just to compare.

Bed confortable and room clean, the staff is amazing and I really recommend it. If you want to be near the beach Ao Nang is just close the area.

Once again the gym was not in good working condition to the point of being dangerous for any one using the equipment. This after I sent a email specifically asking about the condition of the gym.

The location was convenient but the room was not clean and everything was in need of repair. Some of the staff were friendly but some were not. Extra charges for a second room key (had to leave key in room to activate A/C) and for an extra pillow (we only had 2 in the room). Would not stay here again.

Hi. We had to nights at Apple a day Ao Nang. It was not nice at all. I would not recomend to stay at this place. We had to rooms with a hot tub outside. The terrace wasn’t cozy at all, so we did not use it. The beds were so hard. The Aircondition didn’t did not work and made a lot of noise. The refridgerate also made a lot of noise so We pulled out the plug. The pool area is without sunbeds and places to stay, when you are not in the pool! 4 sunbeds for the entire hotel. At last the breakfast was very bad the first day, and the bins was empty the next day, so we went to eat breakfast somewhere else. The staff did not understand what I was saying about the bad breakfast and we did not wanted to eat there, and wanted til money back. Not a place to recommend!

Location is good, near bars and restaurants and 5-10 minutes walk to the beach. Rooms are OK. Water park is great for younger children. Spa bath on the balcony was nice.

I primarily chose this hotel as it included a gym the multi station in the gym was a little tired and some parts broken so could definitely do with an upgrade I was able to use the free weight and cardio equipment to do an adequate daily workout.., the staff were friendly and attentive and helpful the hotel is within walking distance of everything so perfect on that point overall a great stay
