SPECIAL NOTICE FOR BAN SAINAI RESORT SERVICES; At the moment, Ban Sainai Resort does not offer an on-site spa; however, our team will be more than happy to recommend and assist with arrangements at nearby spas to ensure your relaxation needs are well taken care of. Please note: Limited services will be in effect from 8th to 11th September 2025 due to annual staff meeting. We appreciate your kind understanding during this period. Additionally, please be informed that the last order for in room dining service is only available until 17:30 hrs. during mentioned dates. Upcoming Development and Renovation Notice In response to the high demand for new accommodations, Ban Sainai Resort is pleased to announce the launch of an exciting new project: the construction of additional cottages near the pond area (Grand Pond View Cottage site). This development is scheduled to take place from June to November 2025. Please note that construction noise may occur during this period, but efforts will be made to minimize disruption by limiting work to the hours of 09:00 to 16:00. Additionally, in September 2025, select existing cottages will undergo minor interior renovations. These enhancements will focus solely on interior touch-ups and will be carefully managed to ensure minimal impact on our valued guests. We thank you for your understanding and continued support. Pool will be closed from 1st September 2025 – 30th September 2025 for safety maintenance. Result by this, Pool Sala will not be operated yet all food and beverages are to be served at Sai Nai Restaurant only. **Any sort of food delivery from outside restaurants to hotel is available please recheck with hotel front desk for further assistance. **

The service staff is very good. The breakfast was delicious. Boiled rice with mataba roti must really be. Must eat at least 2 dishes The view at the pool is good. You have to take a photo and check in here, haha. We went during December, the weather is extremely good, in the morning and evening there is a cold. It's good to bring your winter clothes. Sent at noon, noon, it's not so hot Very fun trip
