Best Western Patong Beach

Good location to beach,mall and Bangle Rd. The only negative thing is they require you to buy all your food from them. You can’t take your own drinks and food to the pool are set out in the front lobby area with food brought in from the outside. But as far as I’m concerned, just tell them to kiss you, but you t about that and do what you want.

Fantastic Hotel

Clean and newly remodeled. Close to Beach, Bangla road and walking street. Mall Is also close, pool was the best. Breakfast was excellent

Can't fault this hotel whatsoever! I arrived earlier than the designated check in time but the reception staff went above to make sure we could check in earlier. The room was spacious and clean, and the food on site was great. Good location for Patong and close to convenience shops. Wouls definitely stay again!

Staff was exceptional! Rooms were very clean, great price and delicious breakfast buffet.

My room drain systems were terrible.Whenever I take a shower I had to clean and make it dry my bathroom. It was not a good experience

Excellent location, you can access the beach and entertainments on foot. The property is very clean and the restaurant is great, the breakfast is good also.

The pool was very relaxing. And I love the food. You can order right at the pool bar and charge it to your room.

I requested a high floor and received it(thank you), the room was spacious and clean. The room amenities were well stocked with plenty of tea and water available when needed. The Housekeeping staff do a wonderful job and were happy to have a chat and laugh in the corridor. I found the front desk staff to be attentive and knowledgeable regarding Patong. Requests were always done with a smile. Although on the main road , the noise factor from the traffic was low , even with my balcony doors being open. Great location and easy to navigate to the beach and Big C Pool was very good - it just needs some umbrellas on the bottom deck for sun protection, the upstairs level with the lie down shaded mattress were mostly occupied. I would definitely recommend this property and when I visit again will make sure that there are vacancies for room , especially room number 614. Good job all and thanks for a terrific stay.

Please let us smoke on the balconys. It is weird we can smoke at table in restaurant but not on a blacony. Only due to the smoking i wont stay again

Very friendly staff. Rooms not very clean and condition is not good. Shower had almost broken.

Love this hotel is close to the Bangla walking street and beach you have pretty much everything around my room was great and the pool in the roof very nice I enjoy it a lot

The rooms are small, the bed is hard as a rock, the pillows smelled like sweat, and the balcony is not really a balcony. Their only saving grace is the roof top pool, which you can find at other hotels easily. Finally, the reception staff do not represent the kind and welcoming culture of Thailand. There are much better options in Patong for the price.
