Lovely apartments rooms were large and clean everything was well maintained and working.

The hotel location and overall atmosphere were fine, but there were several disappointing issues during my stay. The shower system was poorly designed — it didn’t properly switch or mix between the hand shower and the rain shower, which made using it uncomfortable. The mattress was also not comfortable and affected the quality of sleep. What disappointed me the most was the late checkout request. I asked for a late checkout, but they only extended it until 12:30 PM — just 30 minutes extra from the normal checkout time. That felt very unreasonable and not accommodating at all for guests.

We had a two-bedroom suite. In the master bedroom's bathroom around the tub, the white caulking needed to be replaced -- it was no longer white.

Great property. Clean, modern (newly renovated room) and close to bts and shopping. Overall hotel rating would be 4 star as the it does lack on certain things vs brand name properties However, out housekeeper (nurse - i hope i spelt that right) made our stay very memorable. She was so kind, sweet and put a smile on our faces every morning. It is because of Nurse that we give 5 stars as he service and attitude made every moment memorable

Hotel is away from the main road and a short walk to a really nice 7 eleven. Staff was friendly and helpful. We had an apartment with 2 rooms which was very spacious. The washing machine was very useful and they gave complimentary snacks and noodles which was a kind touch.

Rooms are very nice, but despite of multiple requests to replenish amenities in the room, it took them 2 days to do so. Basically, they only changed towels in the room every day. All other amenities were never to be replenished, without my persistence requests… American Express credit cards are not accepted! Be aware.

Overall: 4/10 Good: Staff were friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. Kids club was great with very nice staff. Rooms were spacious. Upgraded rooms are much nicer with updated styling and proper showers. Bad: The property looks much older than the edited photos, especially the very dated kitchen areas. Not suitable for kids — the railing outside the elevators had footholds, which felt very unsafe. Floors were extremely slippery from the pool area through to the bathrooms and showers. Standard room showers are poorly designed (doors open the wrong way and hit the shower head) and not practical for larger guests. We tried to clarify room differences before booking but couldn’t get clear information due to communication issues. Pool was always freezing, even on hot days. Golf simulator requires you to bring your own clubs (no hire available). Breakfast was the worst part — food was cold (including the eggs), bacon was rock hard and inedible, and the selection was very limited. Nice staff overall, but unfortunately not a stay we would repeat.

Room was clean, hotel staff courteous and the breakfast was delightful. No complaints

All is good. Wish they provided body lotion and paper towels for the kitchen.

Rooms were spotless. Location is great. Staff was courteous . Check in was smooth. Loved our stay. Only complaint is the TV ‘s are old the image is grainy and flickery. I am staying again on Feb 10 i hope to get a different room. All the staff is great here. Phenomenal amenities around.

Staff, cleanliness and location.

The suite was spacious and clean, my only complaint was the hard bed, however my hubby loved it, so it's down to personal taste and nothing that the hotel did wrong. Lovely staff and most importantly the area the hotel is in is perfect for exploring Bangkok with ease. Would definitely stay there again (despite the hard bed!!)

Breakfast was ok , unfortunately it wasn’t a free breakfast it was payable if we wanted it .
